I had unfortunately came to the wrong location picking up an order, and was dismayed when I realized at the last part of my break would be spent driving 12 minutes towards the next location. That was when a team member there, Leslie was so gracious enough as to prepare my food here. I was really taken care of especially when I was short for time. This really made me happy knowing that people are willing to go the extra mile sometimes for their customers.
Everything is pre-chopped and your now get less of everything, especially protein. I barely had anybody chicken. Not worth the money paid.
Fresh salad place. I enjoyed my chicken rice bowl.
Average salads and pricey. They forget my dressing on the side every time I order online. The panko breaded chicken is completely flavorless; I wish they offered salt and pepper as an option when ordering. I prefer Sweetgreen salads ($1-2 cheaper and way more flavor) but Chopt is close to work so I probably order it once a month. If they offered black pepper and remembered my dressing OTS, I'd be here weekly.
It’s a nice clean service oriented place to grab a salad or even a warm bowl. Been a few times and service is consistent. Salads are made to order. Menu choices are a safe bet and a la carte make your own is available. Parking is vast and this location is busy most of the time. Will return to enjoy a healthier food options.
Cobb salad. Very mushy. Will not go again. Chopped up too much. Couldn’t taste anything

Disappointed. I assumed the Mediterranean salad was vegetarian, as it even had tofu, but we picked up and when we got back it had chicken throughout.
