First and foremost: the Mexican Goddess dressing is the best dressing ever! What isn’t there to like about a salad any which way you want it but whatever ingredients you want for $12.
Ingredients always taste fresh and I love that I get to put whatever I want in my salad.

Ordered from door dash and I barely had any chicken or beans and NO AVOCADO. A waste of my time and money for sure. I'll be sure to consider another salad restaurant for the future. Smh
Just horrible. Ordered salad delivery, got a bowl full of kale with some bits of chicken, potatoes and olives. Dressing smelled like dirty socks. Just horrible.
Placed an online order, walked there, picked it up, brought it back, and there is no dressing at all on the salad. The label on the bag clearly states Smokey Bacon Russian, but the salad is totally dry. It's chopped and mixed, but totally dry. I had no time to be able to replace this or to be able to go get another one. How do you miss the dressing!!!!
Slowest Chopt I’ve ever been to. Sunday evening and the two employees working can’t handle the in-house orders AND the delivery orders. I should’ve just went to Sweetgreen. There was no time update or any sort of warning of a delay. That level of inconsideration is my reason for never returning.
This location is good - everything in the order was fresh and done to order. It's not dirty cheap but it's above basic fast food. If you have a DoorDash pass, 3 salads with extras would set you for about $40 (If you are ordering delivery add tip on top)Really good location.
Like the food but not the service at the Bethesda, MD location. If you offer curbside delivery on your site, you should actually come out to the car with the food. Waited 10 minutes, then called and the employee said he would be right out there. Waited another 5 minutes and ended up going in to get the food myself, which was sitting on the shelf behind the bar. No customers inside and 3 people working that day. Never apologized, just turned his back to me and pretended nothing was wrong. Request curbside for a reason...and if you promise to be right out there, get your lazy behind out there!
Ordered basically a Cobb salad with one extra topping, corn. A drink and Parmesan crisps, $22! I asked why it was so expensive, they said it was because I ordered a custom salad. I said it’s basically a Cobb salad + 1 extra topping which was corn. So $10.99 plus ?$2.00. Nope, each ingredient was charged separately. Wow!
