the employees were rude. they gave my order to the wrong person then when he handed it back i told them that was my order and they handed it to me right away without changing the bag the stranger had already touched. then once i got home i realized it was my name on the bag yes, but both entrees were wrong :) jake if ur reading this i have ur chipotle bowl

Michel was so Curt & dismissive during my transaction I wish I never went to that chipotle!! Her supervisor Reberto was there laughing the entire time. When I requested a little extra beans and a side of hot sauce He demanded $2.00 more!!..for extra I jus left heartbroken from the negative experience!!!
Have had it twice and both times the food was very bland and old tasting. Guacamole was browning, rice was undercooked, small chip portions. Wouldn’t recommend
I love Chipotle ? food, Sofrito or now Chorizo (vegetarian) that is my favorite. I know Vladimir he is a great manager. Oh, please don't forget me wrong, but his employees are very to me, too. I always get my food at 7600 Old Georgetown Road, Bethesda.
Always a solid predictable meal. One of my favorites for lunch.
Worse pick up order service. I place my order 30min in advance and i got there and my food wasn't ready it took 20min to get my food. Y'all need to organize your services. Is the 5th time this happened.
Make sure you make your order two days before you pick it up…the worst chipotle .|.
