The food is excellent, the portions are huge and they have a great kid's menu with plenty of choices for my little one. I would love to get her some clothes from your store too - she needs more than just outfits! The output should sound less formal because it’s discussing something that most people will be interested in reading about; however there doesn't seem like any need at all mentioning this fact (i .e."we were") since everyone knows what

Great casual lunch/dinner dining experience, with attentive service and plenty of tasteful entrée and side dish options. The lamb noodles were filling and came with plenty of garnishes for contrasting textures and flavors. One pleasant surprise--our side order of kimchi was crispy, tangy, and slightly sour-salty-spicy, just as one should expect from this traditional Korean dish. The restaurant interior is clean and tasteful, although it'd be great if customers could be provided more napkins during the meal. Overall worth a detour if you are in Bethesda.

This place has a very unique take on Chinese/Korean food. To be honest I didn't see much Chinese influence other than the Dan Dan noodles and some dumplings. I would add that they also blend in American items like tatertots. I haven't found anything overly spicy and I like, and can handle, spicy food. I think that's my only problem with this place, I need more flavor. Some of the dishes I really like was the Spicy Bulgogi Stir Fry, Orange-ish Chicken, and Bulgogi tots. Some of the dishes I thing needed more flavor are the Kimchi Pancakes, Veggie Dumplings, Double Fried Chicken Wings. The Wings had a good crunch but had an overly chicken meat taste that I hate. If you like chickeny meat flavor these wings are for you.PROS: VERY FRIENDLY place. People are so nice and helpful. They have self service water, napkins, and take out containers, which I think is awesome (I can be a messy eater). They have a QR code menu/tab and checkout which is seamless and very convenient. Food is fresh and well prepared and presented.CONS: Only enjoyed half the food I ordered (which is a personal taste thing) so 1 star less foe that. Will I go back? - maybe, only to get the dishes I liked.Do I recommend it? - Yes.NOTE: masks are still required in resturant when walking around.

Great assortment of east Asian fusion creations with compelling presentations for each. I was fortunate to get a couple of lunch samplers. The bulgogi hoagie was a bit off (the slices of meat were way too thick and lacking the characteristic bulgogi flavor) but the shrimp dumplings and potato salad were perfect. In the other sampler I tried, the Sichuan fried chicken sandwich was a bit greasy and uninspired, but the pork kimchi pot stickers and Sichuan vegetables were quite tasty. Definitely will try more items, and hopefully the main dishes will rise to the level of the sides.

Ok, so you don’t have an option for lunch unless you want the $18 combo. Not happy, but fine with that. I got the bulgogi hoagie which turns out to be half a hoagie. I got it to go with the shrimp dumplings and spicy veggies. By the time I walked 2 blocks back to work and opened the box, my hoagie was soaked. I tried to pick it up it literally fell apart. The dumplings were small and just ok. I don’t usually complain, I just never go back. I thought they should know. Disappointed with it.

First time, what a wonderful discovery! Excellent food

Wanted to like this place. The brisket wasn’t brisket. It was cubed chewy corned beef over a bowl of 90% rice. For $19 that was very disappointing. Green beans were good but drenched in sauce

My family is Chinese and Korean so we were very excited to find this restaurant. The food is excellent. Generous kids meal portions and friendly service. Please sell CHIKO tee shirts on your website. I need to purchase one for my daughter!

Delicious, fresh food. Great customer service. Everything is well prepared, affordable and fast, which is not a typical combination. Love this place!

Poor customer service experience. The mask covers up half the face but it doesn't cover up a lack of basic etiquette among the staff.I had higher expectations but they were extinguished by the fried rice, which was indistinguishable from Trader Joe's frozen fried rice. Your experience may differ. It could have simply been a bad day to go to CHIKO.
