Horrible service. The place is run by teenagers who are terrible at their jobs. The service is slow. Takes forever to get seated (when the place is mostly empty), forever to order food and even longer to get it. Our server, Marcus, forgot to bring out the sauce that comes with our pizza. Took about 10 mins for him to bring it to us after we asked for it. Not sure how long everything will take if its even slightly busy! The management needs to change otherwise this place will shut down.
Was craving a dessert, called and ordered curbside pickup. Was told the order would be ready in 20 min. Showed up right after 20 minutes, parked on a designated spot and called as instructed. I was told the order will be taken to my car. I waited for over an hour and my order was never delivered. I had somewhere else to be and left.

More than an hour long wait for lunch in a half empty service without any special or abnormal items ordered. It was nice that the manager accommodated the bill, but when the kids' food was brought out early, one kid got left out. This place needs a better trained kitchen staff to time their orders.
Service was okay at best. Not very busy but our server only walked past our table once. Forgot to bring silverware and napkins. Very polite though.
Terrible experience. We are used to go to the Rio location which is much better. This place was crowded, we had to wait over 30 min to get bread and put in the order then 30 more min for the food. After that we had to wait for napkins and silverware as well. This was on a Sunday at 1pm. They forgot the part of the order and my sandwich was wrong. Terrible service!
I had dinner for one this Friday (12/17) and had the pleasure of being served by Wayne. He was fantastic. There was a bit of a wait with my main course (to be expected on a busy Friday night) but he kept the drinks flowing as well as recommending delectable appetisers in the meantime. He was attentive and ensured that I had a great dining experience. The hostess (forgive me for not gathering her name) was very friendly as well. Overall, a wonderful experience. Thank you again, Wayne and team! I am extremely grateful.
CPK is always good. Good food. Good people. Fast service. The chopped barbecue chicken salad is my favorite. Tortilla soup is great. Split pea also. Jambalaya excellent. Very convenient direct entrance from a parking deck, upper level, so you don't have to shop in the mall.
Overall, atrocious experience but I'm almost certain that was because of how busy they were that night. We went in and thought getting two bake at home pizzas would be fastest, as this is usually a super fast process. We went up to the register and paid and were told our order would be right up. 30 mins went by of excuses, at which point we talked to the manager. He said they were swamped and that it would be another 30 minutes. At this point we decided to cancel our order, since waiting an hour for pizzas we would then have to bake at home, seemed a bit ridiculous. The staff were friendly throughout the experience and we didn't feel disrespected or disregarded other than being made to wait before being given a straight answer.
Normal pizza is good and tasty.Lemonade tastes bitter, some may like it. Not for kids.The Thai pizza once the raw carrots are removed is good. Mixing raw and cooked food doesn't work on a pizza imop.
