This was my first time at this location and they give you a lot more of food. I love it !
All my sides missing. My kids love BIBIBOP- unfortunately they quite often don’t deliver all the food I pay for. In the past it’s been lemonade missing. Today it was the additional protein cups (total of 9$). The app offers no way of giving written feedback and last time I called the store it was a long wait and a rude person not willing to help replace the missing items.As much as we love the food we will stop ordering from them because of the lack of costumer service.
Excellent customer service and fresh food. I highly recommend this place. This will definitely be a regular place for me and my daughter.
This place made me really sick. It was coming out of both ends. I spent majority of the night in the bathroom. I will never go to this place again. Please don't ever go to this place save yourself the extreme pain, stomach clenching turmoil and sleepless night by the toliet bowl!!!

Rice and more rice. Light on the veggies. Trash on floor and overflowing trash bins. I didn't feel welcome by staff. Was a struggle for cashier to push my purchase towards me.
First time trying the food here and it was amazing!!! Super friendly staff and very clean!!! Worth the trip!
it was good. Nice portions, yhe japchae noodles had a great flavor.
Ordered take out from here. Was quick and yummy. Be warned the sauce cups are an adventure and didn't work with all the lids. It's a fun game getting sauce to go!
I live around the corner and have been there at least 10 times and it is always the same. The food is good and fresh, but the people behind the counter are unpleasant and down right rude in my opinion. They are never nice and act like they are doing you a favor. Not right... The word is spreading around Bethesda how nasty the servers are there! SAD
