The owner is rude and she almost ran me over in her Audi SQ5. Food is below par, just as much as her management skills. Would not recommend to anyone, even if they were starving...
What a hidden gem!The owner remembered me and my order after just 1 visit.Their chicken salad sandwich is so tasty and the portion is huge. If you like hot sandwiches, their steak and cheese sub hits the spot. They make their soups from scratch every day and the smoothies are the best I've ever had. Thank you so much, I'll be back soon:)

Best secret in Bethesda! Lucy knows you after your first visit. You never have to tell her what you want, unless of course you have a craving for another delicious sandwich! Breakfast, lunch and the best latte's around!

A Reuben left off Swiss cheese, used very dried out turkey and left off thousand island dressing. Very disappointing. ?
This is always on point. I have Breakfast and lunch here just about everyday and I never have to say what my order is. When I walk in, my order is shouted out to the cook to prepare. It’s a wonderful little deli and the staff is outstanding!
Lucy is the absolute best and their sandwich selection is out of this world. Fun fact: I can call in and make an order in two seconds flat.
Anyone who gave this place a bad review, do NOT listen to. I don't know what's up their butt, but this place is a hidden gem.I delivered food to this building to an office upstairs for a food delivery company, but always made a point to stop for my own lunch here, after finding it by accident cause I was starving.The ladies behind the counter are the sweetest ladies you've ever met in your life. They make a point to remember your first name and greet you like you're an old friend when you come in. They didn't do this with just me. Every other customer before and after me "Hey Brian!" "Diana! How are you?" "Steven, you're too funny, stop it!"I've had the privilege of trying out several of their sandwiches, and it got to the point where I'd have to sit in my car to grovel with myself over what kind of sandwich I wanted to get that day. Everything they have is SOOOOOO fresh, and delectable. Also, this may just be a me thing, but they serve muenster cheese! Not a lot of places do that! And their cookies? *faints*It is SUPER small, and it gets REALLY busy around lunch hour. There's always a line near or out of the door, but they manage to get through it rather quickly. They have a bar facing the windows, and tables outside.Please disregard all the bad reviews of this place, their unfair score in general, and give this place a shot. I promise it's worth it.
I don’t know what the negative comments on this place are about. It was quick and delicious, staff even knew the regulars. This is a gem of Bethesda.
