Usually the best bagel/breakfast shop around…but my last bunch of orders have been either incorrect and cold, or just cold. I’ve never had a hot piece of bacon from here and somehow the bagels that I order double toasted are cold by the time they arrive.

We got breakfast sandwiches on bagels. They were huge and the bagels were delicious. I haven't had a really good bagel since I moved to Ohio, so this was a pleasant treat while we were visiting DC. The shop is within easy walking distance from the hotel we were in (Hyatt Regency). We went pretty early, but the place was already hoping with people ordering and take out order pickups. I was worried it would be slow, but they really crank out the food. I feel like getting in early is a good idea as it was even more crowded when we were leaving with our food. I think you can order your food online for pickup, so keep that in mind. I'm counting the days until I can go back to Bethesda so I can get more bagels.Go here!
I cannot say enough good things about Bethesda Bagels. Where do I even begin? To start, the everything bagels are always fluffy, crunchy and have just the right amount of seasoning. Now, I am a dairy-free girly so finding a bagel shop with dairy-free cream cheese is of utmost importance. I've had nearly every available option of dairy-free cream cheese/bagels in the DMV area, but no one has gotten it as right as Bethesda Bagels. Their vegan cream cheese makes me feel like I can eat dairy again - and that is a blessing. On top of all of this, their bagels are really bang for your buck. I can get vegan cream cheese with allll my favorite toppings only for $5.30?! Are you kidding me?! All in all, there is a certain level of joy I derive from my once a week Bethesda Bagel that is difficult to explicate. My heart and stomach feel fuller with Bethesda Bagels in my life. Thank you.
The Wildwood location has the best onion bagel I've ever had. Get it fresh and then toast it (and top it) to your liking at home.
Bethesda Bagels is my favorite place to get a bagel sandwich on the weekends. Parking is tight, but that is always the case on the weekends/any day of the week in Bethesda. I appreciate that I can custom order what I want (scooped, egg whites, etc) and it doesn't seem like an inconvenience when ordered. The whole wheat everything bagels, are my favorite. Ranks above all other breakfast sandwich places I've been to.
I go to Bethesda bagel every morning they are fast service I get the same sandwich and drink every morning and at least twice a week they say don't worry about it drink is on us awesome place great food good people could not recommend a better place for breakfast
The best bagels! They were absolutely delicious! I recommend you try the blueberry bagel, though you can't go wrong with any of them.
