There is an employee there that constantly complains about having to deliver the food, first issue was when he got the food to My door he said I ordered it to late, and asked me To order earlier next time. I let that slide! Even though that’s 100% not appropriate. Then I call today to order lunch and he starts telling me that he’s going on break in 25 mins to be more considerate??? This kid had lost his mind. I called to complain and he told me to go tuck myself. What happened to this place? I used to enjoy ordering food here
Delicious, consistent, and fast. This is our go to joint for Chinese food. They also deliver fast.
Was served what tasted like rotten meat in my beef and broccoli. Quality of this establishment has really suffered the last few years. Been going there since they opened. Shame, they were once the best Chinese food in Bel Air.
I recommend going in person to get your food (which is delicious). The delivery driver (and the person who answers the phone most times) is rude and disrespectful.
It’s a little on the pricey side, but if you live in bel air, it’s typical. this place is the best place i have found in harford county with tofu dishes. i like that the bean curd is in big pieces and still juicy in the inside. most other places it’s dry. i also got plenty of mushrooms. i also found that this place has a fantastic spicy tuna roll! there’s lots of fish and it’s ACTUALLY spicy. As well as the spicy mayo. if anyone can tell me where else to find a good tofu dish around here let me know.
Food made me terribly sick!!!! Almost as soon as I ate it. I had shrimp egg foo young. Tasted good, but it did not agree with me at all..
This is my favorite Chinese restaurant. It's not worth going anywhere else in the area.
This use to be the best place in bel air, well not anymore. The lady at the counter was rude when we picked up our food and then the seasame chicken was hard as a rock and dry and appeared days old. I ate maybe 1/3 the rest is going in the trash. The fried rice was also bad and seemed old. The only thing decent was the California roll but even it wasn't fresh the cucumber was mushy. It was expensive too since they raised prices and not worth it. Won't be going back! Date 9/28/21 don't recommend. Sucks there's no good Chinese in our area I'll have to travel to Towson to Szechuan house. (The sauce hides the hard chicken in the picture but I did my best to show it).
We used to love this place but now the staff tends to be very rude and the food is overpriced for the current quality. We had a few issues ordering through their online system because the UI is bad. So we called in for some assistance with our order and the guy was just extremely rude.I know things haven't been easy through the pandemic for anyone, but being rude to your customers just trying to get their order correct is ridiculous.
Been a customer for almost 20 years. Always a good meal.
