Unfortunately as far as burger places go around this area this is probably one of the Lesser options. Are Burgers just do not seem to have a great amount of flavor to them. I don't know if they're just not seasoned well but when you bite into the burger you just kind of get the sensation of beef going through your teeth without any real depth of flavor behind it. You can taste the cheese and the sauce but the meat just gets lost which isn't what you want with a burger.Price is also an issue as well. $10 or more for just a pretty standard burger with bacon being the most extravagant item on it just doesn't feel worth it for a middling burger, especially once you account for the fact that you will need to pay even more for fries and a drink. If you're wanting a sit-down burger restaurant you're better off going somewhere else where you could maybe get some different types of meat or toppings other than just the standard lettuce bacon and tomato affair.

Major food safety concernsOrdered a Crispy Chicken sandwich and what I received was a severely undercooked piece of chicken. Upon biting into the chicken noticed it was chewy and slimy and of course when I looked noticed it was still pink and undone. When I contacted the store and spoke to the manager on duty to notify her that whoever is working the grill is sending out undercooked, still raw chicken, she didn't seem to really be concerned. She said they temp check chicken and it must have just "seemed pink to you". There is absolutely no way that you can deny that the chicken is not completely cooked throughout. It's deeply concerning that they're sending out undercooked chicken and especially concerning that the manager is not bothered at all by this. It's basic food safety

I really do like the food, but it's absurdly expensive. Like $17 for a burger and fries. Also, a couple weeks ago, one of the employees had a little kid behind the counter running around the kitchen. Even ignoring how unsanitary it might be, there are burning hot griddles and vats of scalding hot deep-frier oil that could easily and seriously injure a kid.

I ordered food from Wayback Burgers through door dash. When the food arrived we discovered the hamburgers were all raw and cold. I called Wayback to let them know and they said there is nothing they can do and to contact door dash! I'm confused honestly. Did door dash cook my burgers? The other option was to bring in my 3 burgers and get 2 free ones!!! WHAT?

I love Wayback. The food is pretty consistent, and that goes a long way these days. I do wish they still offered gluten free buns. My wife has celiac, and Wayback is her favorite burger spot.

The food is fresh & delicious. The staff is friendly & the service is fantastic. I eat there regularly for all of the reasons above

They have the best burgers in town and the staff was very nice. First time there and I will be returning.

The pictures do really make the food look great so good job on the marketing team. I would like to say that it was the driving factor of my purchase. I will try and be as unbiased as possible and show you pictures and you be the judge. Besides that, the food was ok, I would come again but another note is 5.99 for a small loaded fry and 2.99 extra for an additional pattie. That's half the cost of the burger lol.

I love this place...The food always taste great and the staff is always kind. Plus they have Blue moon on tap. I see people complain about the prices but to me the quality of the food is well worth it.

I ordered a double cheese burger for $9 (firstly overpriced for a burger)Then I had a 13 minute wait. I was never asked if i wanted condiments. I thought they were included like Wendy's or anywhere else. There was no tomato, lettuce or onion on it. Should have eaten lunch any where else this is unamerican. Don't waste your time or money on this place. What a scam.
