I haven’t eaten at Green Turtle in years. Their food lacks flavor and quality was off. Tonight I was reminded why I haven’t eaten here in so long.Food was horrible. I ordered the 10ct wings and French fries. The fries were fine. The wings were not.The wings were soft, fatty and had hardly any sauce on them. Who wants a soft baked/fried wing?I ordered it through Grubhub for a late night delivery. I requested a refund from them.

I've always had good experiences here and good eats. Definitely a big place and if you like pool they have a bunch of tables. I've never had any issues with staff and or service. I dig it and approve.
First time in here with the kids . Server was friendly and was extremely surprised and pleased with how clean the whole place was. Will be back as they take pride in cleanliness
Service is way below par - we had to ask for silverware, napkins and salt and pepper after our food was delivered. Could understand that if the restaurant was busy but it was practically empty. Burgers were average at best. The french fries were good. It is a spacious restaurant which is a plus. But - NO hand soap in the bathroom!
Absolutely will not be going back. We watched 12 people (2 tables) walk out. They couldn't get served. Waitresses ignored them. We would of left if I didn't get a soft drink. When we paid the check, the Waitress didn't give us the change. I had to ask for it. She made the comment to us, she had to get the 17 cents from her purse. Unprofessional!!
The service was amazing!! I had a group of 60-70 people for my baby shower and the servers were terrific. My server Panda took his time with everything, and had a lot of patience with everyone more then I would as a server. Panda also kept a smile the whole time and stayed professional, and was fast with everyone on demand without having to look for him or question. Definitely a place you would want to have an event at and I recommend panda as a server.
Bartender was amazing. Crab cake was delicious. Huge lumps of crab meat.

I have been here many times with my work friends after a long day. We have never had as great of customer service as we did when Greg served us! Very personable and friendly!
