Food was on point. Let's lead with that. Service, not so much.Guy who took our order couldn't hear through their speaker system and we could hear other people going through the same ordeal. So my burger arrived with the lto I said to take off and his arrived with the pickles he said to remove. But again, food was delightful.
I went threw the drive thru around 5:40-6 yesterday, and didn’t have that long of a wait. I got my food, and also asked for honey mustard and ketchup. Only got my honey mustard so I pulled into the self order parking spots and the same guy in drive thru answered and came out to give me my ketchup really quick and apologized. Veryyy nice young man I can’t remember his name but he was brown skin with dreads he must be running the whole show lol, but give him a raise!!!
The worst Sonic I’ve ever ate at. I will only get a shake or a slushy from here. The Philly cheesesteak didn’t have that much meat on it so I was mainly a Philly bread sandwich. The cheeseburgers were not cooked long enough so it. Every Sonic I’ve had has been good until I came to this one ?
Food was good. The young man that waited on me was so rude I had to call him out on his behavior and these people want to be paid more, For What!! No work ethnic anymore smh
This place is closed and they took our order and made the food ..the employee was not clocked in and took our order and it don't open for a hwr he is very friendly and happy to do his job this dude is going to b boss one day his name was nassee I believe the mg gave Us coupons because they're machines weren't ready when we came there and they had an hour still open crazy thanks tho
Terrible. I threw my fudge sundae away. Went through the drive thru waited 7-10 minutes for a cup of fudge with a little ice cream and old packs of peanuts. My husband got the oreo blaster, which was a cup of ice cream with oreo topping. I could have made this at home.I'll stick with Rita's and Dairy Queen. Now I know why it had been a long time since my last visit. Won't be going back...ever
So I got some drive thru here and let me tell you it was slooty. Meaning scrumptious. Now the chili cheese tots were so slooty I dropped them on my work shirt and made a mess like proper chili cheese tots should. I must say I do miss watching people fall on rollerskates though
Went yesterday for dinner ave honestly hated it. They had one girl running drinks, food, and taking orders while it was peak time on a Friday night. She had to come to our car 3 times since no one else would run anything out, all while taking orders. Honestly she was so sweet but I feel bad for her. Please give her a raise or higher better staff. When we got home the food was dried, old, and burnt. I've never had burnt onion rings from sonics. You guys hired squidward to cook it seems... super proud of your drive through girl who was on around 6:30 pm, but super upset with this location as a whole...
A little confusing but was good.I ordered online and checked in when I got there to my spot. Everything went pretty quickly until it said someone was bringing out my order and then a minute later I got an alert stating that my spot was empty? Then about 4 min later as I was trying to figure out what Was going on someone brought my order out.He was very pleasant and explained that they were super busy and short staffed due to the weather I'm guessing.All in all I had a good experience and food was good. Cheesy tots could definetly use more cheese according to my husband lolWill certainly visit this location again.
I am giving a one because you can’t give a 0. Waited for 30 minutes with our button pressed for someone to take our order, finally just left but not before we watched them deactivate the stall we sat at without so much as a hello. I will never recommend stopping here to anyone again.
