We order from here a good bit. The foods always hot and good. They also have the best salads!We did have one issue where they were out of meatball subs but the website didn't show that. When the food was delivered, I called about the sub missing and was told by the manager Johnny that they were out of meatballs and it shouldn't have charged me. When I put the order in online, the total did include the sub but after the purchase, it did not charge me. However, I was never informed about this so when the food arrived, everyone had their dinner except me.. so I was a little frustrated and hungry lol! Shortly after, Johnny showed up to our door with a meatball sub and some chips that he personally went and picked up for us to make things right. We had no idea he was doing this! And we tried to pay him but he refused to take our money and was so kind and said he just wanted to make it right. It was such a wonderful act of kindness and show of excellent customer service!
I ordered 2 pizzas, one was good. The other one was supposed to be Mediterranean pizza. I got the pizza without tomatoes. I didnt tell them to omit the tomatoes. The combo of Tomatoes and feta cheese on the pizza we were looking for and so excited to get since it was our fav toppings. So I called them and they said they’ll send someone with the new pizza. They never sent one to us.
The only reason they are getting 3 stars is because of the driver he was very respectful. Asked for light sauce didn't get that and cheese is slid all to one side. Will not be ordered from them again
Ordered pizza, fries and bread sticks new years day. Fries were to be extra crispy. Arrived soggy and like rubber bands. Pizza and bread sticks also cold. Took over an hour to arrive. Called and was advised when order was placed equipment was just being turned on . The order was placed at 12:00 pmWake up people. When you open you should be ready to serve food and not wait for ovens to warm upI will never order again
My pizza came cold which the driver apologized for how long it took to get to me. He was great, however the pizza was burned the crust as well as the cheese, on top of that being cold I am very disappointed with the pizza today

Avoid at all costs!Terrible customer service! I placed an order - never showed up. Called to get status - no record of my order but took my money out of my card. They not once apologized that night for MY inconvenience and my kids not eating dinner - rather they blamed me for calling the wrong seasons location. Days later they refunded me after calling multiple times. This place needs to better train their employees in customer service and how to properly take orders - deliver them! I’ve asked for a higher level of employer to talk to but yet to get any response. They must not care about customer service either.
Tried to order a large, the woman on the phone said to get an extra large because there’s a special that makes it cheaper. Curbside pickup was smooth and easy, and the pizza is as good as ever at a great price.
Person on phone sounded like a robot, no personality no emotion....just a wall....useless junk people answering the phine
