I asked if I could buy a spinach salad and was told I would have to buy aspinach salad with chicken....I didn'twant chicken....and I don't think it'sfair to charge the same price if Idon't want chicken !!!!

We order from here a good bit. The foods always hot and good. They also have the best salads!We did have one issue where they were out of meatball subs but the website didn't show that. When the food was delivered, I called about the sub missing and was told by the manager Johnny that they were out of meatballs and it shouldn't have charged me. When I put the order in online, the total did include the sub but after the purchase, it did not charge me. However, I was never informed about this so when the food arrived, everyone had their dinner except me.. so I was a little frustrated and hungry lol! Shortly after, Johnny showed up to our door with a meatball sub and some chips that he personally went and picked up for us to make things right. We had no idea he was doing this! And we tried to pay him but he refused to take our money and was so kind and said he just wanted to make it right. It was such a wonderful act of kindness and show of excellent customer service!
Omg, this place is under new management and I highly recommend you try it out. The customer service is chick fila level amazing. I was greeted multiple times, up selling was on point, the entire staff was friendly and genuinely looked happy to be at work. The manager Johnny took my order, offered me a drink and encouraged me to sit down and relax while I wait. I was taking my order home but he convinced me to stay a few minutes and I did. He checked in on me as well as the other tables near. Grabbing us napkins and extra plates. The food was delicious. The wings were sweet but had a kick of spice. My son is a tough critic and he loved the pizza. Served hot, sliced small and the sauce and cheese complimented each other. I highly recommend this location for family night, group sporting events, and outing with the crew, or to grab a quick solo lunch and enjoy being catered to for a few minutes of your day. I can't wait to come back.
The food was excellent when it finally completely arrived. We got it in stages. The service was pretty friendly but still awful. I hope they can pull it together. The young man at the counter should stop smoking pot or whatever is depleting his memory. Chicken salad arrived without chicken. No silverware. Asked for silverware for the family, got one plastic fork. Went back to counter to get my pizza, forgot, and was taking the orders of a bus load of people. Walked to counter and asked if I could have my pizza. It was getting cold on the counter behind him. Just a moment sir. Proceeded to take orders. Etc... Overall bad service. Again the food tasted great but there was also an impromptu club meeting that sorta took over the room.
Didn’t have a chance to try the food…published hours showed them open until 9:30pm. We walked in at 9:10….told the dining room was closed at 9:00. Clearly they were cleaning as the place smelled like bleach!!
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! We have ordered from Seasons several times and the food is always prepared to perfection. So far we have had the pepperoni pizza and it is amazing. The chicken parm is tender and their sauce gives it an amazing flavor! Delivery is always on time and their drivers are always friendly. There are some other really good restaurants in the area but, Seasons is the best!
Wow what a disappointment tonight!!! Ordered the usual cheesesteak and mot sticks. Order here at least once a week.usually a great meal but WOW not tonight, mot sticks were not cooked I'm talking 30 seconds in the microwave and cheese wasnt even pouring out. Anyone who microwaves know what I mean. The cheesesteak was a disaster. Definitely not the usual cook. Whoever is cooking tonight, 12-03-21 needs some classes.
The new management is terrible. The food is terrible and the management argued with me about missing grilled chicken on the salad. I will not order there again.
A few years back this location had good service and good food. Now, you can't understand the people that answer the phone, they can't get an order right ever and the food quality has gone down hill
