$12 for what equates to a side salad with literally tablespoons of protein, my wife's is even sadder looking. Maybe 7 strips of carrots. Go to Panera - we won't be back regardless of if it tastes good or not. For a place that claims to do salads, they sure don't seem to want to give you much of it. I included my hand for scale - they are even smaller in person.

Saddest salad I've ever seen. Ordered a chicken Caesar and they made it with iceberg lettuce and what could not have been more than an ounce and a half of chicken. Everything was bland and flavorless even the onions. It cost me $15 with a $4 charge for adding another small amount of chicken. Absolutely not worth it.

My first visit to a Saladworks. Salad was fresh and delicious. Also, a variety of toppings. Staff were very welcoming and friendly.

Great service, everyone is so nice and helpful. Food is AMAZING!!! I drive 40 minutes to eat here and it is well worth the drive. Highly recommend eating here!

Employees were really helpful & kind but the salad was “ehh”. I got the cobb salad, with the greek dressing. The only thing about it that was definitely a turn off to me was the fact that this business advertises clean eating but the dressing most definitely had artificial dyes in it. It was a very bright green. Not even avocados could emulate this color. I don’t really understand the purpose of having fake dyes and colorings in dressing? I haven’t been back since but it’s definitely beyond the employees control. Still a better option than a Mcdonalds/Wendys salad.

Love their salads. Green godess dressing is the best here. Staff is clean and friendly. They took up some of the dining area with outdoor furniture the last time I was there but truthfully it is never really that crowded. Salads are decently prices for size as well.

I was over charged for ingredients by more than $5.00 on two salads for myself and a co-worker. Two salads came to over $30. I called the store and they apologized but did not offer any kind of compensation. So I called corporate and left a message. No call back yet. I have called 3 times and left messages no one has returned my calls yet. So I figure a not happy review might get their attention. I'm not spending anymore money with this corporation until I hear back from them.

Have not had a problem with this location until tonight - usually their salads are delicious. But I ordered online, picked up my food and when I got home to eat it there was a FLY closed INTO the container. Ended up not eating it because I was grossed out and wasted $14. Disappointed, I usually really like this place but I don't think I'll be able to get food again from here.

Doesn't know how to read doordash orders.Ordered a Chicken Cesar wrap, selected my preferred greens like prompted. And all I got was a wrap with just lettuce. The ingredients is literally in the name of the item and got none of it.

I ordered a Cobb salad. My first time here. I thought I'd try this instead of my go to. It is probably the worst salad I've ever had. First the lettuce smells like bleach and is not fresh nor is the avocado fresh. The ingredients are basic at best and just not tasty. I would have gotten a better salad at Wendy's.So disappointing. The young lady who waited on me was a pleasure.
