WOW! I just had one of the best restaurant experiences at the Bel Air Red Robin. My food came out quick and hot AND everyone was super nice. The manager Brittany came to our table to make sure everything came out correctly and that is something you do not see very often anymore. She was very helpful and after our meal we just had to thank our server and Brittany. I will highly recommend this establishment and we will be returning!
This is the most disappointing Red Robin I have ever been to. I have tried multiple times, but this time was the worst. We love the chain, but every time we are here the burgers are overdone. The burgers seem smaller and the price increased. The restaurant was empty yet our server was anything but attentive. Red Robin the chain has so many unique offerings, yet the simple task of cooking a burger as ordered seems too much for this staff/management. Next time we want a burger we will go across the steeet to Miller’s.
One thing i asked,One thing dont add jalapeño peppers,what did they do? Loaded with jalapeño peppers. They drenshed the burger with scorpion pepper sauce and destroyed the real taste of burger.i had to leave half of that nasty burger on the plate. I will never go back to Red Robin. Sloppy cooks and they dont care. Where is the management asuring quality ?

The restaurant is very clean, there wasn't a time when I've came in there and it wasn't. I dined in with my daughter, there is staff to greet you at the entrance, my daughter always asks questions and loves to "makes friends" so of course she was conversing with them before we got seated. They didn't mind at all. ? the waiter Delaney, was great. Always checked in. Even if you didn't have your second drink right away (you know how usually someone else brings refills) Delaney always came back through, checking to see if everything was in order. And we got everything we asked for. As you know, you don't get that everywhere..so it was appreciated. Shout out to her. ? the food was nice hot and fresh, it is Red Robin, so you don't have a huge variety in the menu but the burgers were made how we wanted them, well done, fries were crisp, of course you have to get the onion ring tower. Crispy. Hint: if you take any home, put them in an air fryer or oven when reheating. Good luck!
Service was great, food good. The portions of fries served are extra small. It's bottomless, but the start you off with half what you used to get, a few years ago. Then when you reorder you wait 15 minutes for a new 1/2 serving. Just not worth the wait for a 3rd round if you want more than what you used to get before bottomless fries became a thing.
Burger could've been prepared with more detail, I had different tastes on the Smoke & Pepper burger.Fries were cold and had to order another batch, which is a good thing the staff brought the second batch very quick.
Burgers were ok but you could taste they needed to change the grease trap. Fast waitress and great service. Took the family and they all thought it was ok nothing special.
Good food, fast service, friendly employees. Had one order mixed up, but the employees were soon to correct the mistake and make us the delicious food we all craved.
Cheese burger dry French fries warm to cold. 2nd try not too good. Time to move on to a different burger place
