Horrible experience, was served spoiled , mushy and sour smelling fried rice. Told the server, she smelled the rice and agreed. Offered to replace it and didn’t even bother to change the whole dish/plate , just came back with a cup of rice and let my husband eat the General Tso’s chicken on the same plate as the spoiled rice. We love supporting local restaurants but not coming back to this one.
Poor food quality control, poor customer service. Was served spoiled mushy, sour , smelling rice . Definitely not recommending this place.
I’ve gotten sushi around the U.S. and this is some of the best I’ve ever had. Their fish is amazing! I get the chirashi and I can never finish it all at once.
Don’t bother wasting your time here. Food isn’t up to par and staff seems irritable. If you ask for a change to something they argue with you and would rather you leave..
Handle your customer feedback better. I've been coming there for years, it's been going downhill lately and when I call to tell you something is so bad it's literally inedible (General Tsos chicken that tasted like pepper and soap) you argue with me and tell me everyone loves it and no refund. I wasn't even asking for a refund at first but since you brought it up...then you tell me I have to bring the food back in order to get a refund. I said I would do it tomorrow when out instead of driving 40 mins round trip to come back for your mistake. You said it also had to be the same day. Well Maurys results just came back and I'm not the only one who hates your new General Tsos. 4 days ago on Google someone commented about it and on Facebook there's comments about it, so pay attention to what your customers are saying before they're gone. #getrealwithyourself
Absolute worst Chinese food in the history of chinese food. Disgusting taste. Shrimp toast was all bread and had a burnt-funky aftertaste. General Tso's Chicken was all bread and had a sweet smoke taste....weird. Tasted like it was pulled from a dumpster and re-heated. Contacted management and they said they needed me to bring the food back that same night for a refund. Um, no thanks! I'm not spending at least 40 minutes to drive there roundtrip and then still not have eaten dinner just to be made "whole" again. Loss of time=loss of life.
Had the ramen and was terrible. Vegetables didn't seem to be washed. Broth was terrible. Fiance had hibachi. Again, brocolli didn't seem washed and was uncooked. Surprised the average review for this place is 4.4 stars.
Tough call between 2/3 stars. The sushi/sashimi offerings are EXCELLENT- fresh, creative, perfectly crafted, just fantastic; however, alternative dishes are the complete opposite. Grabbed a couple entrees and a few apps, all of which were extremely bland and just plain lacking the love.
Best sushi in the area- they even offer GF options! It’s sooooo good!
Ordered thinly sliced beef with vegetables. Nice flavor but more fat than meat which reminded me of thinly sliced Steakums. Table setting included a flimsy plastic fork. I understand plastic for takeout but when dining in and the entree alone costs $15, a sturdier fork would've been nice. Husband's General Tso's was good, as were the spring rolls. Forget the beef though.
