Probably my own fault, but i ordered the Impossible Meat and it was absolutely disgusting. It was mushy and...not the right consistency at all.What's confusing is ive had Impossible Meat many many times at various restauraunts and even at Qdoba.Not sure what went wrong here, but ?
Couldn’t believe it… ignored by multiple employees while waiting, they spent their time talking and laughing (at least they get along), while still waiting to be “waited” on an employee took that time to make their own food, the place was really dirty, manager opened a bin of chicken and said out loud “wow this stuff stinks so bad”. When finally served and trying to pay, the cashier stops mid transaction to take a phone call, walks in the back and leaves me standing there. When she came back (only about 30 secs later) the transaction was completed after multiple attempts at Apple-pay I was told “oh that’s not working today”. The food itself was fine! I was just very surprised at the poor service and the lack of cleanliness of the place.
Gave good portions this last time, but recently had been a bit skimpy on the serving sizes. Love the verde salsa here.
the food is kinda cold, small portions for the cost, and it’s just overall kinda red flags ??chipotle is a better option ngl but brownie points bc it’s less busy
Order number B755....They put my hot food on top of the cups of cold sides, jammed it all into one small bowl, thought that was fine, sent it out for delivery. Enjoy my $12..never coming back.See you at Chipotle!
Always loved qdoba. From moving to Towson to ny to belair its always been my favorite Mexican restaurant. But getting turned down and made to feel bad for asking for a water cup is not bringing me back. Order $20 of food and ask for a cup of water and told no, management needs to get their stuff together.
Saw they started serving breakfast up to 1030 AM... showed up before 1030 AM and the store was closed. Called to hear manager waking up and say they decided to close breakfast this week and will now be opening at 1030 AM because they have trouble with staff 'maybe' try next week. I understand people are calling in because of COVID but explain to me how so many other restaurants/businesses and employees are unhindered and open.
I've been to this location multiple times with no problems. I ordered a Pineapple soda and when I got there saw there was a Sprite in the bag. I said to an employee, oh you all are out of the Pineapple? She said yeah you can get something else if you want. I said that's ok I just wish the website would say when you're out of stuff. She got defensive and said it's not our fault. I said I never said it was your fault and how could it be? I just said the website should update on when you all are out of stuff. She said again it's not our fault. I said I never said it was. The website should just update if y'all are out of something. She cut me off and said have a good day. I said yeah.
I love it here! All of the employees are so nice and accommodating, and the eating space is always pretty and clean :)
Back to the way it used to be! Food is perfect. Everyone was working hard. Perfect visit!
