Order was messed up so we had to wait for a pizza to be made. That meant the food was cold by the time we got home. On top of that, the amount of fries we got was rediculous. Ordered 2 fries but it looked like they took 1 order and split it between 2 boxes.
I ordered two orders of Cajun fries. I got two orders with 10 fries per container (see image below). Called store to inform them. Manager said “10 fries are all you get per order”If I can, I would give a negative rating.I’m taking my business elsewhere. I suggest you do the same.
Went to pick up pizza I ordered and doors locked. Saw someone in there but wasn't paying attention to my knocking on the door. Person also there to pick up for Door Dash as well and no one ever answered the door. Called the # again which is a waste because it seems to be a call center for pizza hut because the same person answered when I called a different pizza hut. And she lied saying it's was a 40 minute wait for pickup. I drove over and waited 15 minutes for my pizza to be made and cooked. Don't know what's go on with pizza hut but their call in Service sucks!!!
My pizza was delicious and my order was ready when promised. I highly recommend this pizza hut franchise
The on line ordering was very easy. It was on time and the curbside pick up was very easy. The pizza was perfect, exactly as I ordered it and it was really Yummy! Their thin crust has always been my favorite. Good Job to the crew at: 1410 Handlir Dr, Bel Air, MD 21015 (which is really closer to Belcamp than it is Bel Air). Thank You
Tried online ordering, said they're not taking orders at this time. So I called the store, multiple times listening to a recording then results to a busy signal..Thank God Domino's Pizza answered 1st ring
Make sure the order is right before giving it to the customer and actually answering the phone when the customer contacts the store. Calling 7 times with no answer at all at 6 p.m. on a Friday is extremely bad customer service.
Needs to Deliver food quicker, but besides that. Great taste and comes nice and hot
We are done with Pizza Hut! You have lost our business!!! Pizza was again under cooked, wanted large and apparently they were OUT of large, so we were given a medium ( yes, apparently only charged for one medium, but we had done it under a deal so it was only $18 with tax and I was charged $16 & change but given change for $17).... NOPE!!!! We are finished ordering from "The Hut"
huge disappointment ordered and prepaid for a contactless pickup... after being 18 minutes past the "ready by" time... checking in as instructed, calling and being hung up on twice we had to go inside and wait almost 5 more minutes with the order waiting ( in view ) before someone came to assist us.. the whole triple treat box looked sad (not as advertised and not in the advertised packaging) and was SERIOUSLY NOT WORTH THE MONEY the pizzas are both dry the cheese sticks over cooked only got half a cup of sauce.... and the cinnamon buns are literally the size of a quarter each. I have no intentions of returning... and doubt I'll order pizza hut pizza again at this point.
