The past month I’ve ordered from here twice . I ordered the dinner box online and when it got to me I didn’t get any sauces ( marinara and icning ) . Now I’ve ordered again over the phone ( told them please don’t forget my sauces ) and ordered the same thing again but added a brownie tray and they forgot it . They always forget something. Very disappointing when you really looked forward to eating it . Specially since I paid for it and I don’t even get my food .
This Pizza Hut has far too many problems! This is 2nd complaint in a year. First one I was supposed to receive a credit and never did. Made the mistake and went again and even worse. Ordered carryout online, went to pick up food, after 10 minutes late, monitor said my order was ready, dark-haired girl with glasses behind counter said it was not. She said 2 more minutes, eight minutes later I inquired again, she said another 5-10 minutes. I asked for a refund, she didn't apologize, she even gave me an attitude. I called Customer Service immediately, still haven't heard from them. I sincerely hope they close, for most of the workers are young and just don't care. After nearly an hour, I still didn't get my pizza and (again) never heard from Management.
I hate to give pizza hut 1 star because I love pizza hut. Don't have the opportunity to order as often as I like but last night my family was suffering in a lot of pain from all having our booster shots and decided to order out which we also never request delivery but none of us were in the condition to go out to pick up. Order placed at 6pm. Received the email that our order was expected at 6:25pm. Around 7:15 we had not received our order and the tracker still said 20-30 min wait time so we called the store just to get an idea of when to expect our order. Due to no one picking up we were disconnected 3 times. I understand short being staffed and 6pm being a busy time but I'd be less frustrated if the tracker reflected an accurate time of arrival. We finally received our order at 8:07pm, not hot and fresh and overall very disappointed. I believe pizza hut arranged for doordash to deliver due to them being short staffed. Please update your online system to reflect accurate delivery times or display a message to order through doordash if your drivers are limited. I wish I could give this pizza hut another go but their pizza is way too expensive to have to wait 2 hours for it and it not be hot in fact it looked as if it was made to be delivered by 6:30 but then sat there for 90 mins until a driver was available.
Incredibly frustrating when I order a pizza and am quoted a 20 to 30 minute wait time just for my pizza to still not be here after 1 and a half hours. I even reached out to the store to call and get an ETA on our order and no one answered. We even had to send guests home with empty stomachs. This place is garbage.
I was really excited to see that Pizza Hut is doing the BookIt program again as I have many fond memories of participating as a child. So I ordered the BookIt bundle and it was a perfect lunch on a chilly day. And it means I don't have to cook for a few more days either!
Order came quickly and was exactly as ordered. Grandchildren loved it!
Had issues using the app to take advantage of a certain deal and the store honored it with an in person order. Great food and customer service!
I submitted my complaint through the website. This was a terrible experience and I was lied too twice after waiting more than 3 hours for my pizza by Mindy. Very disappointing experience and I will not be returning again.
Worse place to ordered food I ordered food at 4:50 and call no answer when I got someone they said I would get my food at 7:30! Should get shut down. And my food was cold.
The food was amazing and the customer service was impeccable.
