Please please PLEASE hire more people for this location. This my favorite local pizza place, their selection is really unique.But good grief, I and five other people have been waiting outside for online orders that the website said should have been ready an hour ago.I've seen before just how understaffed this location can be. This isn't considerate to the customers and it's ESPECIALLY not considerate to the employees that have to endure these kinds of rushes. I hope they're getting paid well for their time.One of the ladies waiting said "if the pizza wasn't good I wouldn't still be standing here" and I agree, this business deserves commendation for the quality of the food.But that also means that's the only thing keeping them in business.
When I went to &pizza, their store was immaculate. Floors were spotless, tables clean, and the bathrooms were so fresh. Don't even get me started on the food. Their food was so cheesy, so fresh, that it melted in my mouth after every bite. The dough was cooked with perfection and the sauce was just right. I always get the pepperoni pizza because the taste keeps my taste buds dancing! &Pizza is the way to go whenever you need a good meal. 10/10 must recommend!! Tan helped me out by the way. She's a really great employee.
I came in about 12 pm today and was greeted by the hostess with a bright, beautiful smile. The experience got even better as she helped to build the pizza of our dreams. Great artisan pizza with tons of topping options! Customer service was top-notch, especially Kari who helped me decide on my order! We’ll be back.
&pizza is the best pizza in town. The crust is amazing and there are so many different options that you can get on your pizza, you could eat there everyday and never have the same pizza twice. The staff is always upbeat, friendly and helpful. And don't forget to get a cookie for dessert, they are fresh baked every day on site!
First off, best and most polite staff ever! We had come in during a rush, and the staff had let us know they were down a team member, so I could really see all 3 team members working together to fulfill the orders to the best of their capabilities. They really held composure under such pressure of online orders and in person orders. I felt that it was the best service I received (even though they were under extreme pressure). I appreciate the staff working so hard!Second off, our food was made with love! The staff were super clean, changing gloves, and polite when taking our order. This is now our second time ordering carry out and waiting well over an hour past our expected pick-up time until our food was ready. Not only that, the employees don’t seem to care. The pizza is very good but the employees need some work. No reason we should be waiting over an hour longer then our projected pick up time. Makes it very difficult to justify coming back.
The vegetarian Spicy Bird was great! Perfect mix of salty/savory/spicy with a little creaminess from the ranch. The dough was chewy on the inside with a little crunch on the outside. Will definitely order again.
Its a cute, small place with quite a few pizza topping options. That said, I think the crust was very bland, the toppings were lacking flavor (and I got onions, pesto, basil, pepperoni, all the flavorful toppings), but the sauce was bland also. I also found it weird that this place doesn’t accept tips on the employees behalf- considering the customer service was great & the workers were extremely patient & kind. It was about $12 for just the BYO Pizza. It’s definitely a place to try & see if you like it, but It wasn’t for me.
Good pizza with lots of topping options. It’s a traditional artisanal pizza place. So the price will be roughly the same as what you would pay for a regular pizza somewhere else. Not bad, but not my first choice for pizza.
