Ordered a plain cheese pizza, xtra cheese, thin crust.I definitely received xtra cheese , but the pizza was undercooked and just didn't taste good. I think I'm just done with Pat's altogether. I need a new place.
Awful! Allergy issue and the manager was “sorry” for having a bad experience. Seriously? Could have had an ER visit. So glad they refunded me for my sub but not the rest of the meal.
Mostly good food and service. Pizza can be uneven at times, but I guess that's due to how busy they may be and who's making it. Overall I'm a frequent customer of this location, and have enjoyed everything I've tried.As with many businesses like this the prices have gone up this year in 2022, but that is due to the increased cost of goods and fuel.Not a negative against them it's just unfortunately the reality we are all living in right now in which the prices on everything do nothing but go up.
Was so disappointed. Ordered couple Months ago and had delivery guy tell my step mom her tip wasn’t good enough. Ordered again over weekend, opted to pick up this time because of the delivery guy last time & our order was burnt and cold. We spend almost $75.00 on our order and it was not good at all- VERY disappointed

Quite unhappy with my experience today between delivery & customer service. An order was placed last night before 8 PM for a designated time slot today. The time was selected purposefully as teachers have a specific lunch time. I called 10 minutes after the time range given was over & was told by the employee that delivery time had changed to 6:30 PM. I was then told the meal would be prepared & delivered in the next 30 minutes. I called three times today & was hung up on twice by employees. The meal was to be delivered from 11:00-11:20 AM and was delivered at 12:30 PM meaning 2 teachers did not have lunch.
Cheese steak was cold and all the fixings were on the bottom. Had to heat it up in toaster. The girlfriend was not happy!
Ordered 2 subs. 1 steak and a Italian cold cut. When it was delivered 10 minutes late and steak was cold, and no cold cut received a plIn steak with nothing on it.Called and talked to the girl that answered had me on phone for 5 minutes looking for my order on computer couldn't find it gave me another girl who found the order in a min or less. Then put me on hold again and then a guy answered and I had to go though the telling him the same thing I told the other 2 10 minutes on phone now about an hour from when I orded and now I have to wait 45 - 1hr more. Ridiculous! It was just 2 subs
Good pizza. Hamburgers and subs were great as well. Clean. Friendly service.
I've never reviewed before, but want to leave a 5 star for this place. The food is awesome and the prices are great. Make sure you make an account when you order from here - there are always great coupons and one time I even got a completely free order through a coupon. Big fan!
