This place has mice in the restaurant. Saw this thing while being outside using the Wi-Fi
Ok . I read the reviews , I said can food be that bad . ? YES . The Thai soup was very good though . Love the fresh flavor . The Frontega chicken sandwich had very little chicken, one spec of basil and 2 pieces of onion . Nothing like the picture . Just wondering does anyone look at these reviews ? All the reviews are the same . Nothing on the sandwiches . !
I had this door dashed, not as pick up. Panera's order an pick was notorious for leaving several things I sent my significant other to get. We started door dashing it and they always got our order right finally. They forget the labels sometimes for our bi-weekly events...which can be annoying. But for the most part, what I've learned, if you order through door dash or a delivery service they actually get the order right.
Everything about this location is perfect and ideal! The staff are pleasant and friendly. The food and beverages are always made perfectly. Everything is clean!
Not a good experience. Ordering and getting the food was fine. The quality of the food was not. The "Cheese Flatbread" was messy and burnt. I usually make my kids eat the crust of pizza - but that wasn't possible in this case. The chicken salad sandwiches were amazingly small, with almost nothing on them. If they cost $3, it would have been fine, but for $8 a sandiwch - no good And the french onion soup tasted like salt only. I haven't been to Panera in a long time and doubt I'll ever go back at this point.
Had a coffee drink, which was excellent. Clean dining area. Relaxed atmosphere.
I didn't mind Panera breads options until I asked for an iced coffee. They just gave me an empty cup. I then learned after paying them for an iced coffee I transform into an employee and have to prepare my own coffee. So I got a quick 5 minute class to go the the coffee area, pour my coffee, ice, creamer etc. Shake it and drink. I'm scared to order a sandwich now because I don't have my knife set with me. Am I going to have to bring my own ham too?
I love hanging out doing work in their cafe. And I get free coffee cause I'm a sip cup member, or whatever it's called. They could up their coffee game though.

I got the wrong order delivered to me, and instead of taking care of the customer, they decided to make me repay for my order. The manager or whoever she was would not assist in anyway in fixing it. If I could give a place of business 0 stars I surely would. Whatever the manager or general managers name is at that store today, she really cares about some $12 credit rather than her customers.
