I was met with prompt and helpful service at the counter for ordering. The food was brought to the table quickly, too. The Japanese pan noodles had just the right amount of chilies. Enjoyed the black sesame seeds, broccoli florets, and mushrooms. Had tofu as the protein, though the recommended beef was tempting. The side Caesar salad was made with greens other than Romaine, but the dressing was Caesar and delicious. A sparkling blackberry soda was fun, and the "snoodle doodle" cookie made a good dessert. Plenty of well spaced tables and adequate parking. Overall a good choice for a quick lunch. Appreciate that staff stopped by to check how my meal was.

I ordered door dash to have lunch delivered to my work. I mainly chose noodles because I love the buttered noodles with the parmesan crusted chicken, but also because being pregnant I was craving the grape flavored sprite that is only available out of those specialty soda machines that Noodles and Company has. After ordering through door dash I was heart broken that I couldn't choose a specialty drink through the app. So I called to see if anyone could help me. Joey politely answered the phone and said he would take care of it for me. He got me the drink I wanted. Thank you Joey for going above and beyond, and for your fantastic customer service.

To be completely honest it's hard for me to like tofu but you guys did a great job keep up the good work great customer service, fast and efficient kitchen staff and the variety in your menu is greatly appreciated Thank you
So basically made an order at 6:30, called about it around 8:10 when it didn’t show up. After calling i was yelled at by someone on the phone after i asked“Hey, I made an order around 6:30 and was wondering if we had a status on it”Ive worked in the food industry for years and have never yelled at a customer. Its unacceptable in the hospitality business and I recommend you spend your money somewhere else, where you will actually get your food and won’t be yelled at for being a paying customer asking about the status of an order.Would like to post 0 stars since I didn’t get my food.
Not great. Pasta was okay, but the chicken was rubbery and gross. Don't think I'll be coming back here.
I went to this Noodles and Company on September 11, 2021 at 9:15 pm order to Noodle entrees as I was observing the person cleaning the cooking area he was using a mop to mop the floors he stop mopping the floor and started handling the food with his hands without washing his hands. I told the person at the cash register he can't handle food without washing his hands I requested the manager and told her what I observed instead of talking to the employee and telling him that was unsanitary she started to defend him of what he had done she said all equipment is sanitized, I said what about his hands handlingfood with no gloves or washing his hands. She refused to give me a refund she said I will have to call the corporate headquarters to get a refund. This manager needs customer service skills and employees need to attend a food sanitation program about handling food.
