Not sure what the deal is with this McDonald's but they have went down hill pretty fast. Every single time I show up they always have me pull past the pick up window. 2 mcdoubles is all I ever order and half the time I'm the only car in the drive thru and the order still turns out incorrect. Wait for my food for almost 10 mins everytime. Management really needs to start doing something to fix the problem of long wait times especially when it's only 1 car and not a complicated order.
This McDonald's truly stinks! Had to repeat my order 4 times and they still didn''t get it correct. Finally, asked for a refund, which they did. However, when I asked for the manager (Valerie), she took 5 minutes to come to the window, she could care less and I told her that employees didn't care, they were unprofessional, pants were hanging down and you could see underwear, she didn't care. Filed a complaint with Corporate, still haven't heard anything. Don't waste your time, I'm not going there ever again!
Went here because I had my granddaughter. It was clean, and the girl at the counter was nice but didn't know much about the menu. I feel like the prices were high, but I guess everything is expensive now. Wouldn't rush back here
My husband purchased a MC Gridle from the McDonalds in Hickory Md. Paid $5 cash. He did not receive his change or receipt. He was told by the cashier and manager that they did not have any change due to the change shortage. This is bull. All they need to do is get change from the bank. My place of business regularly gets change from the bank. You have lost our business and I hope anyone who reads this.
Order was fast, hot and good. No issues with the restaurant for this order. In the Bel Air area of 3 McDonald's, this one seems to be the most consistent. We did order anything special, just keep it simple: quarter pounder menu and crispy chicken menu. Was happy the shake machine was working.I don't rate high, unless great (4) or exceptional (5).
Had to repeat one of my meals three times and they still didn’t put it in bag so had to wait. I ordered a 6 piece mcnugget and only got 5 nuggets. Also ordered a spicy crispy chicken sandwich and am not sure what it was in the bag. Looked like a sandwich that had been dipped in 1000 island dressing, roll and all. Last time my chicken sandwich didn’t have chicken it had a piece of cold fish. The time before my crispy chicken deluxe with no tomato was covered in ketchup.
It's okay i mean it depends on which McDonald's some will serve you soggy cold food others will get you order wrong then there are some that are just perfect hope this could help
Great location. Orders are right 99% of the time and for McDonald's that's amazing!!!
I love their mocha frappes try one you'll fall in love with one or you could try the Carmel frappes either one they're the best
