I’m a bartender so I get off of work pretty late and I usually drive out of my way to go to this McDonalds because it’s the only 24-hour location near me. I went last night and asked for sauce with my meal at the second window (where they hand you your food), and was told that I needed to ask when I ordered because there is now a charge for sauce. I was kind of shocked.For starters, I was here within the last 2 weeks and there was no charge but also, there are no signs, window stickers or anything at all letting you know that there is a charge or that you need to ask for sauce while you’re ordering. I understand inflation and could justify charging for extra sauce, but when I only wanted 2 and NO other place charges for sauce, it kind of makes where to eat an easier decision.Last complaint, I specifically asked for no pickles and the man taking my order repeated it like 3 times to me to be sure so it was almost funny…until I got home and there were pickles on my burger. Thankfully I’m not allergic but I have GI issues and anything slightly acidic kills my stomach. You HAVE to pay attention to people’s requests, especially when I only got 3 things (a drink, fries, reg hamburger.)
It's a McDonalds..most of them are cookie cutter and/or same setup. This one usually has solid customer service, the employees are generally pleasant but nothing extraordinary (and I dont expect that). The food is usually satisfactory and for the most part accuracy is above the average fast food joints. I recommend this location ?

Every time I go to Edgewood McDonald's, they are out of what I want the most whether it be fries or a milkshake. Also, the staff is very rude and their customer service is horrible.
Poor management has made this the absolute worst McDonalds in the area. The food tastes worse and is illprepared compared to other locations. I thought I was doing myself a favor today by going inside instead of waiting in the slowest moving drive thru in Maryland, but I and the 3 people in front of me were ignored for ten minutes. The manager behind the counter kept her back to customers for the entire time I stood in there until I decided to just leave. I won't make the mistake of visiting this location again, the experience is always subpar compared to any other fast food in the area.

My family loves McDonald's. Chicken nuggets and French fries is where it's at with fast food for kids. I love the McDonald's app as well. I rack up my points!
Just went to this McDonald's @ 10pm. Googles states this is a 24 hr location. There was a car in front of me and I heard over the speaker they are not taking orders? Like really
Absolutely TRASH! Horrible management not helpful at all, apparently no one there knows how to use doordash? This place needs to just clean house with employees or shut down.
The worst McDonalds in the area. Not sure what’s wrong with the management here, but I’ve sat in the drive through multiple times at a standstill for 10+ minutes before giving up and leaving. Definitely not fast food.
