This location is usually mediocre as best but we ordered a lot of food through DoorDash and they forgot the entire order. We complained to door dash and drove to the location to see if maybe the drive me just forgot the order. We get there and the associate says they will address the issue and make our food. We sat in the drive through line for 45 minutes and they never brought out food to us. I even when back through the line to check and they said they were making it and they were just busy which is BS because at least 20 cars came and went with no issue. This is completely unacceptable. We understand door dash is a separate entity but stil 45 minutes to “make” food is ridiculous. And I would appreciate if the owner of the establishment would reach out to me.
We waited 25 minutes in the drive through (along with at least 6 other cars). No one ever talked to any of us at the drive through and all the cars left including us. When we were leaving there were three employees just standing around inside not doing anything. The BEL AIR MCDONALDS SUCKS!! ALWAYS GO TO THE FOREST HILL ONE, never had any problems there.
I went through the drive through. No one was paying attention. They repeated themselves on the speaker as if we were a new car then disregarded asking size for my meal, the kind of soda we were getting. Just trying to rush us through. My burgers had pickles, probably cause when we got to the counter everyone was talking and hanging out
Service horribly slow. It’s hard to mess up a fish sandwich, but they did. It tasted like it was from the day before. The bun was hard as a rock. The drive thru woman was nice, otherwise it would have been 1 star.
I placed an online order. Pulled through drive thru and was asked for money. She said the charge didn't go through. I was told she was doing her job. I guess now I have to wait to see if money comes out of my bank also. So frustrating... kind of defeated the purpose of ordering one. Never have this problem at other places.
Past 2 times I’ve drive through at night after work, around 12:30am has been a nightmare. You’re not going to believe this, but the first time it took 30 minutes to get through the drive through, and the second time it took 45 minutes. I kid you not. I was stuck both times with someone in front of me, and behind me. It took the order taker 10 minutes in between each order to take the next cars order in the two lines that were formed. I’ve never seen anything like it. Pretty sure the night staff is like doing something they shouldn’t be…Owner needs to check drive through times at night and look at the cameras.
Can never get an order their later in the night my one job consist of me coming home late McDonald’s and Wawa are the only places open but they always have an issue to where they can’t take orders or only take cash or if I do get and order it’s poorly made especially when half the stuff they say is a lie because my one family member was the manager at the McDonald’s before and wasn’t a poorly ran McDonald’s like it is now
I have visited every 24 hrs McDonald's from here to Annapolis and not one of them are 24 or even 23 hours per day. Otherwise it wouldn't be sooo easy for me to find them closed for "regular maintenance".If McDonald's wants to advertise 23 hours per day, I'm okay with that. Don't understand why drive-thru seems to be served before the OneWest stand inside
horrible, just horrible. took 30 minutes and terrible workers. definitely worst food place. I just wanted a mdcflurry and chicken nuggets.
