Went here to a private party so didn't really partake in the actual restaurant vibe but it was a great party space for, customer service was OUTSTANDING!! Brooklyn and Wyan (I'm sure I spelled that wrong) was so kind and patient. Clean bathroom, I did order a few things off the menu and everything was super good, ordered fried shrimp, shrimp quesadillas, kids Mac.
Food was decent, but the service at the bar was awful. Was ignored as the staff were talking amongst themselves most of the time. Not sure if it's a bad culture issue, but it definitely needs improvement.
Good service, tasty drinks, however our food came out cold, I didn't realize crab bisque had pasta in it....
Well established bar for any drinking age Downstairs older group with youth Upstairs bands pool tables <2> ice hockey and live bands great experience Will return!!! Both floors have smoking & bathroomsEnjoyMeter during day hourI got my drink on.
I went there for some free bar poker. It was my first time there and the other players were nice and we had a couple of good games, but, for some inexplicable reason, the bar had also scheduled a karaoke night at the same time, much to the poker directors surprise and dismay. It was deafening. Like trying to talk inside a helicopter. Poker and restaurant are good. Karaoke is evil.
Went with 3 friends tonight for music bingo. Have been going once a month for large 4 months. The waitress ignored us for first 20 minutes. Asked another server for a drink. Only maybe 8 tables with 4 waitresses. When she came to wait on us, she totally screwed up our orders. One of our friends did t get her food till we were almost done ours. We had to flag her down to get any sevice. Food was mediocre. We will.not be going backI asked if she was new. No. She just was more Interested in the young male customers.i usually tip 30 percentShe didnt deserve any too. But I gave her 18 percent. I have never given less than 20%..
Excellent Italian dishes, crispy French fries and shrimp salad on a pretzel roll. Fresh brewed ice tea. Reasonably priced.
Mother's Day Brunch was terrible. The wait staff tried, not their fault that the buffet food was all overcooked and cold. The mussels were rotten, the shrimp were so overcooked they were mush. The restaurant was dirty, and outdated.
As we arrived for brunch on Mothers Day with a party of 7, we were excited to visit a new restaurant. We first noticed that we were the only table that received paper napkins while every other table received cloth napkins. As we started to disperse throughout the buffet, the food options were not all that was listed on the flyer/advertisement. The food was cold and tasteless. We placed an order at our table for pancakes and french toast to only receive it 45mins later. My aunt and I then went on line to the buffet, as she received her food, I stayed at the front of the line waiting for the server to return from the end of the buffet line to the front. While waiting, there were 2 white women, that were served before I was, when I was next in line. I then asked for clarity from a waitress to ensure I was at the right place in the line, she ensured me I was. I waited 5 more minutes in line before I noticed that there were 3 more white women being served, as if I was not the next person in line. I brought it to another waitress attention and was finally served. The server told me that she didn't see me and that is why I was not served. Annoyingly I approached my seat in complete disgust and frustration and requested that I speak with a manager. The manager approached our table and happen to be the waitress that "didn't see me". I decided to not speak to a manager at that time. When our food finally arrived 45mins later, my grandmothers french toast, was uncooked. In fact, when cut into, there was a runny egg spilling out of it, and our pancakes were cold and very doughy. Noticing a sense of different treatment and poor quality of food and service, we paid our bill with a percentage off as to fix all the issues that occured, to only leave and purchase food from somewhere else. Mothers Day gone wrong to say the least. DO NOT RECCCOMMEND, NEVER AGAIN!
Thank goodness they weren't too crowded, as the set up was VERY congested. We were sat at a table for four, right at the "expressway" of guests entering & leaving the restaurant and servers hustling & trying to squeeze past the lines for the buffets. Hoping they'll realize this congestion & move the one buffet to the other side of the room, away from the entrance/exit path. On another note, the servers behind the buffet lines were nice, especially the server at the hot lunch/dinner buffet. Our server, Zach, was the "best". He was knowledgable, friendly, didn't rush us & had no problem getting our custom orders from the kitchen, out quickly & correctly. He made our brunch experience that much better. The food was plentiful, varied & delicious. Besides all of the buffet offerings, you could order tuna, shrimp, omelets, French toast & pancakes from the kitchen. I would have expected a better offering of desserts, but I am not a big dessert person, so it didn't matter to me. Another suggestion from someone in our party was the fact there was only one potato dish (breakfast wedges) & one veggie (broccoli). Of course, there were a bit of veggies in the chicken pot pie. We're going back for Mother's Day & hope they move that buffet line to the opposite end of the room.
