The driver couldn’t find my address and delivered to another address and refuses to bring the food to the proper address once corrected, I would highly stay away from getting delivery from this restaurant! Pretty horrendous customer service as well, Driver came across as ignorant and rude!Follow up, they forgot my eggrolls as well, didn’t even get my complete order!
I've given this place several chances throughout the three years I've lived near it.I don't know how all these people think this food is so great.This is fried rice is so old and mushy. The General T'so was sweet. I got a lunch special, and wasn't asked if I wanted a drink, soup,egg roll.
My wife and I went there to eat. We were starting to place our order when the waitress asked us if we were eating in or taking out. I replied, " We would like to eat in."Then we were rudly interrupted by the guy at the register who said that the dining room was closed with no explanation. I'm not sure if he was the manager or not. It did not make sense to me since there were more than 2 hours before they closed, and there were customers already eating there. I will not patronize this place, ever!
I wish I had more time to take pictures of the food to show the great quality of it. But the food was delicious and fresh, the environment was clean, the service was very friendly and fast. Finally we found a Chinese restaurant that we will be coming often.
The food is very good, reasonable priced. Also, I would like to let management how pleased we are for the improvement on the packing for pick up orders, an excellent ? investment on their part.We will definitely continue ordering takeout from this restaurant.
I never get all I order whether its the fried rice or last time no sweet sour sauce for my sweet and sour chicken
Okay this is the second time I've had problems with this restaurant, I really like the food that's why I'm still giving 3 stars, but the first time I ordered sweet and sour shrimp and they gave me sweet and sour chicken. It was on the receipt so I only paid for sweet and sour chicken so I didn't make a fuss over it. Tonight I called and said exactly, " I would like to place an order for delivery" the man said okay. We went through everything two hours later where is my food. I call back he says oh I thought you placed for pick up. No. The first thing I said when he answered was "hello. I would like to place an order for delivery!" It's just frustrating. So now I have two charges because apparently he didn't charge me for delivery and I have to wait for the first charge to fall off. Who ever is working the phones I simply ask that you pay attention. Frustrated. But again I love the food here but jeez guys.
I had been settling for “ok” Chinese food and saw reviews on my local towns’ fb page for Lee’s and tried it for the first time..I’m hooked!! The food is absolutely delicious!! Chicken and beef tender and veggies perfect. Each dish tastes amazing and has its distinct flavors portraying the dish..in the past other places make most thinks taste just about the same. Everything tastes cooked fresh and made to order..hot and delicious. They even put in a free couple of hot sugar donuts in my order!! I’m in love and sold!! Portions are generous and quality is excellent.
OMG, this place is awesome! Great quality, absolutely delicious! Huge portions. They were happy to customize our order. Everything was really terrific! The people are really nice too!
My meal was ok, but service was really slow. I also found that their menu showed my order should have been $11.95, but it rang up as $13.50. I didn't quibble. I just assumed they recently raised their prices but hadn't updated the menus yet.I'll try them again another time to see if they are better.
