We had came here for a family dinner. Much much improved since we last came a few months ago. The food was warm and delicious. The wait time wasn’t long at all. The store was clean and organized. The cashier was very welcoming and helped us with any questions we had. Very big improvement. Highly recommend!!
I have been driving long distances to satisfy my craving for Ledo's pizza for over 20 years. I am so happy there is now a Ledo's near me. Ledo's is known for their thin flaky crusts, sweet sauce and wonderful toppings. Ledo's pizza is Maryland's signature pizza. This is a pizza you will love.
Glad to see Lido's back. Went for some wings and pizza w the hubs. Food was great. GM and staff were helpful and courteous.Update: they really need to be prepared with brewed teas, utensils, and plates before dinner rush.
I went to Ledos a couple of months ago. The store was chaotic and unorganized. The wait time for food was doubled and orders were wrong. They were extremely busy and being a just now opened store. I recently went there again and they completely turned around. The store was clean. The food was correct. The wait time was short. The manager and his staff are doing a great job improving the franchise. Highly recommend
I have given Ledo Bel Air multiple chances and they always come up short. my most recent experience I called in an order and went to go pick it up. when I arrived I was told 10 more min. 10 min later my pizza was on the cooling rack waiting for my garlic bread. I continued to watch my pizza cool for an additional 20 min. Couple this experience with a time that I waited 2 hours for an order they forgot to start and ended up leaving with no food I am done with this location and will not be returning. I miss Cuzino's pizza they were better, delivered, and always hot.

Waited an hour and a half for my food when I was told the wait should be 20-25 minutes. The store was filled with people waiting and no one tried to let people know what was going on. There were half orders sitting on the counter, not letting people know if it was their food. For other orders they called out a name once then put it to the side out of reach instead of putting all orders in the online pickup shelves. It seemed they were losing track of orders. Hopefully they can figure out fixing the management and organization system for this store.I only gave two stars instead of one because I was able to get my order hot, unlike other people also waiting.
Worst experience. Do NOT waste your time. Over an hour for the food that was to take 30 minutes and then the order was wrong! Zero staff and those they have are not trained. Wish Cusinos was back! They were amazing!
I love Ledo Pizza, but the service is slow. Both times I’ve called they said 15-20 minutes for the pizza to be ready, and I ended up waiting 40 minutes or more for the pizza. I suggest doubling the time they tell you for the order to be ready when you do carry out.
Can I tell you how excited I was to have a Ledo nearby? I’m disappointed that it’s so bad! I gave them some time to be open and work out the new restaurant issues but they still don’t have it together. I’ve been there twice - once when they were busy and once when they were dead. Both times, they were lost and slow. They couldn’t find my order. Other people got wrong orders. Some people were waiting nearly 2 hours for food. I’m sad to say, I won’t be going back to this location.
