Horrible drive through. The Jack harlow meal came out 2 days ago and it’s on their sign, but the person at the drive through said they didn’t have it. Then another person spoke through the intercom saying they had it and asked for my drink. I said my drink and then it was silence. Completely unprofessional, unorganized, and very old intercom system.
A couple of months ago I went to the Bel Air KFC drive-thru. I started to order and the lady told me they had no chicken. No chicken! (this visit was at lunchtime just so you know.) I let it go and decided to go to Popeye's instead. So today I thought I would try again as both Popeye's and Chick Filet were way backed up. Again, I drive up to the "drive-thru" (again at lunchtime) as I am in a bit of a hurry and don't want to get out. But this time I was told that if I wanted to order, I would have to come inside. I thought I misunderstood so I asked again. Nope, you can't order in the drive-thru now. You have to drive around the building, back out on the road and back into the parking lot and go in. Why not close the drive-thru so we don't drive up to it? Or get staff or whatever? Really it is no wonder the competitors are both succeeding and they are within blocks of each other. KFC franchise obviously not trying even a little bit or perhaps it is just this location. Sad times.
This is a brand-new restaurant and the service is horrible. Help is needed and they are on the phone

It has been a long time since I visited a KFC. I wasn't disappointed. Chicken strips were hot and crispy, sides good also. Service could have been friendlier but I'll allow for a long day at work.
Omg the food was out of this world thanks kfc for a fantastic lunch I can’t get over how great this was yummy in my tummy
New Beyond Chicken Nuggets are good. Crispy coating and taste delicious
Had to wait for fries 8 minutes. Gravy warm. Chicken little all mayo no chicken. Literally. Use o.k but this time terrible. Also didn't have original had to get half crispy
Staff was extremely kind.This location is what KFC is about.
They are ridiculously slow. Do not recommend.
