I know the store was busy for special Olympics day donation, but we waited 45 minutes to get our chicken pilly sub. Way too long of a wait time.
Ordered from Bel Air store today. Very disappointed. We normally are delighted with their subs. Today we order a giant JM Famous Philly. The roll was stale, roll wasn’t cut properly: very tiny amount of bread on bottom half and not cut all the way to the back. So when we got home and opened it; half of the contents were actually sitting on the paper and what was on the roll made the tiny amount of bread on the bottom so soggy that as I picked it up my fingers went through the bread part and tire to hell. What a mess!! Got so frustrated trying to eat it, I just threw it out! Should have just went to 5 guys like my husband wanted to, never been disappointed there!
I am fed up today with Jersey Mikes in Bel Air. I attempted to use their app and online and both didnt work. I used doordash to place order, could not leave how to prepare sub. I attempted to call store 5 times and let it ring NO ANSWER. I will be returning the subs when i get off work. Who runs this store. Where is the old manager. Store was cleaner and ran more efficient. I am hungry. Wth
We order from Jersey mikes very often and never have been disappointed until now. We ordered 4 cold subs Friday night and were very dissatisfied with them this time. They hardly had any meat and cheese on them. They are usually always full and fresh and delicious but this time all four might have had 2 layers of meat and a slice of cheese. More roll then anything. They were so skimpy that you could even see what was on them until you opened the roll up. We order from the Bel Air, Md store and always are happy but not this time. I hope they get back to what we’re used to.
Love JM. But not today. Got my order wrong. No cheese. Felt like dry bread with one layer of turkey. Thrown together. Def not worth it. And it was my first online / no contact pick up so didn’t watch em make it. Ugggg was so looking fwd to a good sandwich….
Very delicious subs, for me personally there’s one problem, it’s a whole lot of sub roll, which will really spike a diabetics blood sugar, other than that they are good, very delicious.
Subs are always delicious! I'd get the Italian if its your firs time going
I got a tuna mini sandwich aqnd it was bad the roll was stalled and the tuna was sour I got up very sick in the night
