Mothers Day very crowded,food was good!!! I was amazed and surprised when the bill arrived. We were charged $8.69 for one waffle nothing special no fruit,just a reg .waffle. The eggs,bacon and other items were charged separately. I did question the waitress was told that is what is charged for one waffle now. Things sure have changed. Oh well will stay away next Mothers Day. Will buy a box of mix make my own!!!!.
Disappointed ?Sat us in corner booth. Table was dirty.We sat over 30 mins waiting on meal .Ants crawling on table and window sill. Many times had to smush one.Waitress was good.It was 1:30 in the afternoon. 3 tables and us. Not busy at all. Over heard table next to us complained to wait staff- they had been there a while and were very hungry, when is our food coming out. 3 of them.I get understaffed at this time, but someone should advise customers that there is a longer wait because of. . .So food was good . Just took 1/2 to get a sandwhich and cold onion rings.
i got here kinda late and i felt really bad but they got me my food quickly and it’s still as amazing as the first time i had them. i got the spinach and feta omelette and some cc pancakes to go! it’s well priced and wonderfully made :)
Very slow even with an almost empty restaurant. French fries were barely cooked. Friendly waitress, but kitchen took 30 minutes for a cheeseburger and a few pancakes.Didn't expect it to be that difficult to get pancakes in an IHOP!
Kids favorite place to go on a sunday. Crowd is family oriented and non thuggish. Great to enjoy a meal in piece without blaring rap music or the smell of marijuana all around you while you try to eat. Thank you IHOP Bel Air, MD
It's uh... It's an IHOP. The waitress we had was great, but they're clearly understaffed and I have concerns about management. That's just peaking behind the curtain though. It's hard to be sure about things like that without asking an employee

Went there 12/5/21 for a meal. Due to my granddaughter not fully vaccinated we change to carry out order. Got home missing an omelette. Called told to return and they would have it fixed. Got there and they hadn’t even fixed the omelette. Had to wait again 20 minutes. Omelette very sparse with ingredients. Not even an Apology. Other meals were very dried out. They need to get their act together.
Ordered the omelet with shredded sharp cheese, tomatoes, mushrooms, fruit and orange juice. Delicious. Also met a friend who just happened to come in alone after a fasting blood test so that made my visit even more pleasant.
We called about an hour or so ahead, as a party of 19. We were told that they would do their best to seat us as quickly as possible. We told them we had a few people in our party that would have to make their flights so we had about an hour and a half window to get in and out. When we got there, we were told 10 minutes. This was great. But then 10 mins turned into 20, then 30, and we were finally seated about a half hour after arriving. We again stressed that some of us needed to fly out, so we were in a rush. The server took our orders and we were hopeful that the remaining hour we had was enough time to eat and pay and leave. About 20 minutes after we placed our orders, we noticed other people who came after us getting their food. We.got the attention of the server, reminded her that we were in a bit of a rush, and asked if they could please hurry. She comes back out about 5 minutes later and asks which ones need to be expedited so she can put them in. One person in our party asked if ANY of the orders had been put in, and she said not yet. Nearly half an hour after we placed our order, and our order hadn't been put in! We asked to speak to a manager, explained the entire situation as the few meals that then DID come out for the people that needed to leave were just being brought out and the manager was rather rude about it. The whole reason for the 1 star is that we reiterated MULTIPLE times that we had an hour and a half, a reasonable amount of time, and they still waited a half hour before putting the meal ticket in!!!
