I just visited the Bel Air location on my way home to Pennsylvania from Virginia. Let me start off by saying the staff was very welcoming. When I walked in a friendly staff member named Tony was sweeping and told me he hoped I was having a great day. Well what a nice start to the visit. My mother and I ordered our food and while we were waiting, we filled up our drinks. Tony was filling the condiments and personally handed us lots for our cups. As we were eating, Tony was cleaning up the floor and asking if we needed anything else and if everything was okay. I have been to some sit down restaurants and haven't had such excellent service as I did today. Tony is a wonderful asset to the company. I will be back to visit again on my next trip!
Always the best burger around. If I have a burger out somewhere else I measure it against a Five Guys burger.Incredible delicious food and great staff who were keeping up with a busy Friday night.
Always had excellent service and well prepared burgers here. Staff is always friendly and helpful and the burgers and fries are always cooked just right.
The service was spot on , the burgers were custom made and fresh. Of course the size of the orders of fries was nice. Well worth what you pay...

Prepare to take out a payday loan for a burger fries and soda. Simply not worth the experience to pay almost $25 for a burger, fries and drink and receive a cold shoulder approach to so called customer service. Spend your money elsewhere
Wanted to give this place a shout-out!! For the best burgers, fries and customer service!!! Truly is the best!!! And the communication between team members with customers orders are amazing!!! This is how you run a kitchen!!! Don't believe me check it out for yourself!!
large fresh burger for the price
My family lives this place, but the app always gives the wrong pickup time. There were two people dining in and 8 people waiting for food. The app said pick up by 5:04 at 5:15, recieved my food. Picking up is so confusing, there is food waiting behind the counter but never sure if its your or not. You have to interrupt one of the workers to give your name to pick up. Good luck on their curbside pickup, it's just not worth the trouble.
