I asked for white bread I got wheat I asked for pickles on the side I got nothing at all . This is my first but last time I am ordering here I paid a lot or money on 2 subs I should have been respected little bit more than this we work hard to get this money so when we pay for food we expect to get what we ordered. Very unprofessional thanks for not respecting your customers and just delivering a sub however you felt like making it .
This used to be one of my favorite places to eat, but things have been steadily decreasing in both quality of food and of service over the past few years. They always give priority to online order pick ups instead of the customers in the store. The last time i was there, there was one person making subs and one person in the back opening cans or whatever. The person making subs kept stopping to take additional orders from patrons as they came in, while handling money and pulling his pants up without changing his gloves. Makes you wonder who the gloves are for. I didn't complain; i am a firefighter and have eaten far worse. But I went there today during regular posted business hours, and the doors were locked. The open sign was illuminated, so what gives? All in all... For the time and money spent, there are significantly better options in the local area.
My sub was very thin. I felt like I was robbed of meat for a 15.00 sub. Additionally I suppose having w customers in line is very strange for that place because it took almost 39 minutes for the person in front and myself to get sandwiches. I think they only had 1 employee that's it lol
Gorgeous atmosphere beautiful restaurants everything was very organized. I will say though the wait time for your food is longer than it should be. But I understand why due to lack of staff. There were only two men there working. And a couple of people in the restaurant waiting for their food. I waited for a good 10 minutes to get my food. And it was my first time getting my food at the firehouse and I have to say it was delicious. Definitely would like to go there again. The atmosphere was very clean and felt like you were in really in a fire fighter house. Great for kids and families. I will definitely recommend this place. They have a lot of options in food as well. They also have great customer service. The cashier was fast and polite not just to me but to everybody else that came in the restaurant. I am very impressed with this restaurant being my first time going there.
Placed my order at 12:09pm and standing here in the store at 12:39pm… still it’s not ready. ONE MEDIUM SUB. There are two customers in here. And just 2 employees moving verrrry slowly. The third employee is just standing in the back room. This is beyond inexcusable. So disappointed. Will never return.

My latest visit to firehouse subs was a disappointment. Gone was the greeting when you walk in or for that matter when you leave. They no longer bring your order to your table when ready. They no longer serve a pickle with your sandwich. They still have a great sub, but they have lost the little touches that made them the best.
New takeout stop. Food was excellent, but forgot our pickles. No worries will be back
The restaurant was extremely clean, the staff greeted me right away. The restaurant had 3 customers and the staff worked quickly to take care of all of us. My order was taken within 6 minutes of entering and I received my food in 12 minutes. The only thing I didn't like was paying $13 for a large sub and receiving a 8 inch sub, chips, a pickle and a drink. If that's the large, I hate to see what a small is. I was happy to support the local fire department, but the cost does not support the food received.
Good morning management is very poor here, i walking in ask the manager for on online order he said couple minutes I wait 10 to 15 instead of getting fast and doing it he’s arguing with me that he he’s training nothing to do with the order take care customer that bring your money and paycheck. Also when I was leaving he said something smart I’m not sure what also he need to wear a mask behind the counter
