This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts ever! At some point you’d think they would get better, but the employees have no sense of urgency, and the manager is never there but maybe for an hour per day, so they say. Yesterday I was handed an extra large hot coffee through the drive through window, after being in the line for 15 minutes, and the lid was not put on tight, and the extra large hot coffee ended up all over my wife’s lap. Now I understand that mistakes happen, but would you believe that this is the second time this has happened to me at this location, the first time I wore the coffee about 5 months ago. Same employee handed it through the window. Try to talk to manager, he’s not there, and they’re not allowed to give out any contact info for him, Mr John Patel. Don’t go to this business. They don’t care about customers.
In the last 2 visits, my iced tea has been old. It gets a fermented taste that’s really unpleasant. Fresh brewed iced tea needs to happen every day ?
I hate giving bad reviews but I have never seen a Dunkin so consistently be unable to make an iced coffee to my specifications. I ask for a iced coffee, cream and sugar, and that's all and it consistently tastes absolutely disgusting.
Great donuts and coffee ?
First of all, this Dunkin’s address is incorrect. This Dunkin has moved up the street a little past the wawa and The Arena Club. Second of all, this Dunkin was supposed to CLOSE AT 6p, I showed up at 5:40p, and they were closed. Lights off, 2 employees working… I caught one of them walking boxes to the trash can and I asked him “excuse me? Are you closed?” And he rudely responded “YES WERE CLOSED.” Absolutely absurd that they were closed probably at 5:30p, when the sign posted is for 6p. ? Annoyed is an understatement.
Last week i could walk in and order my coffee. I understand eating in is not allowed but picking up my order should be. Now i have to wait 30 minutes in the drive thru line. Its very inconvenient. Also the phone number isnt in service. I believe the women that work here aren't allowing customers inside. They're unpleasant and dont want to help anyone.

Very slow service and order incorrect. I've been here a few times and the story is the same, busy or slow.
I was at a close by mechanic waiting so I walked over. There were several cars in the drive through so I figured they were open. The doors were locked. No one came to open it, no sign on the door, nothing. Poor service, can’t offer the bare minimum.
