Today was a rough morning for Dunkin Bel Air. I think they are short staffed because it took 9.5 minutes to order at the drive through with only 2 cars ahead of me and another 5 minutes to get to the window. I only saw 2 people working and they seemed to be frustrated with each other. This is the 1st time I've had this issue at this location. Normally, even with the car line wrapped around the building, it takes less than 10 minutes.
At the Maryland travel center. As good a place as any to stop.
Not sure what was going on this morning at Dunkin Donuts behind Bob Evans restaurant. But the lady that took my order charged me for the wrong coffees and the food order was wrong also. Not going to this location again.
What can I say. DD has the best coffee and this place is very clean
I put my order in on there app, by time I walked through the door, which was about 10 mins later my food was ready.
I should have checked their ratings before ordering a cake. The cake was awful. The charter was missing an eye and the message was missing. Had to go back in and have it fixed. The mouth fell off in transport. The frosting looks old and faded. The type of cake and ice cream was wrong as well. If you cannot fulfill this part of your business don't do it.
Coffee, great. Ice cream, great. Workers, rude. Most workers are hard to understand. Though, they do sometimes not charge you for things.
Always a lot of people waiting, but they somehow manage to keep everything moving fast.
Just purchased two hot chocolates thru the drive thru. Of course I couldn't try them until after I got home because they were so hot. Both of them were so watered down you could barely taste any chocolate. What a waste of money...they aren't cheap. This isn't the first time I have received watered down drinks. Dunkacinos are also watered down. The location is convenient and I always hope they will be honest and provide a decent drink for the amount of money they charge....lesson learned this time. I didn't want to give any stars but won't let me post without selecting at least one.
At like 2 in afternoon they had not one donut in stock!! But the coffee was awesome
