Good location, decent waiting time but treating customers with gratitude for choosing your location would be appreciated
Mean, and nasty staff… I’m tired of being scolded over and over again from the one particular Indian lady. An accident with the food happened two weeks ago, don’t you think I already felt bad about it? Package your food better. Put drinks in carrying trays. So two weeks later I come back and the Indian lady with the nose ring starts scolding me as soon as I get to the window. I’m not your child, how dare you start raising your voice at me. That’s so unprofessional. If I was a man would you talk that way to me? Are you going to keep yelling at me every time I come there?
Absolutely RUDE! I asked for a matcha and they gave me iced and I said I wanted hot and the manager comes out and yells at me saying you wanted iced everyone heard you and staring at me, I said forget it and the lady just handed me the items. I will never go back here again, Horrible customer service!
This Dunkin Donuts is very well run. I drove up placed my order. The order was perfect and food was hot and fresh. And with lightning fast speed. Literally 4 minutes between placing the order and when the food was in my hands. I will definitely be going back.

My family was ecstatic when this little shack in the middle of the shopping center became a DD! It was a few things before, the last was a no name donut place that had the right idea but not the DD name. Easy in, easy out, pre-order with Dunkin app and drive up to the window with your order number and off you go. Some workday mornings the drive thru line wraps around the lot a few times but they move fast, never have I waited longer than 10 mins in even the longest of lines. Perfect stop off for their delicious coffee or a sweet pick me up. Yep...good job Dunkin!
Why do these foreigners have to have such nasty attitudes? I mean, seriously. We “the customers” pay your bills and salaries. If we say good morning or thank you…don’t look at us like you have never heard it before. Way it back and you will find that it makes us WANT to come back. Seriously, BE NOCE to people who are nice to you. It isn’t difficult. A lot of people I know would stop going to your location if I said something.
I placed mine and my husband's order through the app. My order was in correct and My chai latte wasn't hot. I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese on a croissant. What I received was bacon instead. And it wasn't even a full piece. It was barely a piece cut into strips. My husband's order was fine. This was our first and last time we'll be going to this location.
Edit: I lost my change one time, so I had to cancel on my avocado toast. The lady refused my money I had for the coffee, and I’m treated like a criminal ever since. They’re respectfully, very bad at business.
Please check you receipt each time they will charge ur card an extra 3$ Even when u tip happened twice to me and when i confronted he tried not to understand what i was saying like im slow people are very cruel and are money hungry. I am a everyday customer there and this has me puzzled because oaks myself how long have they been doing that so plz be careful
