My pizza was nice and hot and ready when I was ready to pick it up.

The manager is absolutely terrible and so was the lady before I talked to him. she refused to tell me what the specials were and just kept repeating "look online". The terrible manager refused to tell me the different types of stuffed cheese bread they have and also told me it is all online and then hung up on me. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. Go to Bel Air they are way better

The delivery drivers are usually quite friendly but good luck if you ever have to call/head inside. The personality can be a real hit or miss...

I typically love it here but recently had my order brought out to my car and had trouble opening my passenger door. After a minute or so, I was able to open it for the person and they rudely said "You shoulda just put your window down." There definitely wasn't enough room to put everything through the window space. I was trying to be kind & help the person with the door!

On 2/1/22 I ordered from a Domino’s in Abingdon, MD. Part of my order was 16 wings. We received 2 orders of cheesy bread. When I called the store to express the mishap I was basically called a liar and there was mention of placing this complaint in your system for future mishaps I guess. The feeling I felt was overwhelmingly disrespect. I am telling this person there was an error with my order & she proceeded to attack my basic sensibility to tell the truth, She further went on to tell me that she had not prepared wings for any order over the pass 3 hours and that she packed my order personally. The problem with that is an error was made and I have proof. Not was I insulted she said she would correct the order but there was no rush to do so. She simply stated it will be another 45 minutes to an hour before the correct items reach my home. I do believe that the person representing Domino’s basically profiled me as a caller of African American decent therefore I must be lying. I would like to go record stating that although I am a person of color so is my green money that can spent elsewhere. I do believe I have enough intelligence to know wings from dough. This experience has left a very bad taste where Domino’s is concerned and I will not hesitate to share my story with others. Incredibly DISRESPECTED Sent from my iPhone

Extremely rude customer service I tried explaining that I’ve never had onions on my Buffalo chicken pizza ever before an didn’t know that dominos put it on their pizza so I asked the guy why didn’t it say it had onions on it and he rudely replies you ordered it I don’t have to explain why unless you ask and was extremely rude when I tried to get another pizza he told me that I have to pay for another one even though I told him that the pizza was untouched he was still being rude this was the night shift of January 23rd this actually isn’t the first time this person got rude and smart with me I just let it go before but every time something has to be done or I will make sure to never order here again.

I ordered two pizzas. They were supposed to be delivered within 30min. After 50 min, I called to ask what's going on. The manager was super rude and impolite. After 54min the pizzas were delivered cold.

Terrible customer service. They just don't care

I have used the phone app for years, always good service. Last night ordered as usual to saved correct address and after a long wait and the app tracker saying delivered, I tried calling to inquire about paid for pizza. Waited on hold 20 minutes and gave up.Our pizza was sitting on a neighbors porch. Ice cold and damp. That is true contactless pizza delivery.Called the location today and they blamed us for entering the wrong address in the app. I checked. It’s correct. Same as always used.I tried to use their guarantee program on the app last night, but the options were for points. I just wanted a pizza.I realize things happen, and I know people don’t want to work right now. Everyone is trying to hire right now. I do expect an apology from the manager when I call though. A refund in this case would due, but I have other options. I will never buy pizza from Domino’s again. There are too many pizza delivery restaurants in the area for me to fight this.
