Friendly staff great place for shopping
Food is good but service at this location is lacking. Who brings out the cornbread and muffins without plates and says I can't find them when every other server brings plates to their respective tables. Seemed a bit suspicious and like our waiter didn't want to serve us. We had to ask for plates three times until we got it. I think it was an issue with our waiter and not the place but not a pleasant experience.
I wanted to like this place but I wasdisappointed. I ordered the chickenand dumplings. When I got the plate,there must have been 30 dumplingsand very little chicken. The dumplingsweren't very good and I only ate about10....I left the rest. Too many and notmuch taste plus the dish had 750 calories !!! I had the green beans whichweren't anything special. The only goodthing was the iced tea.My friend ordered a breakfast platterwhich he said wasn't good either. Thebacon was overcooked and too hardand the hash browns we're tasteless.It will be a long time before we goto cracker barrel again.

Cracker Barrel was absolutely wonderful for 3 reasons: the general goods store had a great variety of things for purchase and we received excellent service from our waitress and the food was delicious. We did not have to wait to be seated and the food was brought to us quickly so overall I give this location and the staff staff a top score of 5 stars!
I remember coming here as a kid and loving every aspect, haven’t been back in a few years. Went back tonight with my own kids hoping it would be nostalgic, only to be disappointed. The waitress I had messed up our order multiple times, brought our food out at varying times and temps (fried apples shouldn’t be cold) the food was still good but the service terrible. My toddlers kid Mac and cheese which I ordered when placing our drink order and asked to have out first did not come out until mine and my wife’s food had been brought 15 min already. The bingets we ordered asking for it not to come with the pecan sauce due to my wife’s pecan allergy still came with said sauce, my wife’s chicken and dumplings came out without any sides, and did not come out for another 10 minutes and even simple things like “can I have more napkins please?” Just for the waitress to come back with 4 napkins for my table with 2 kids, my wife, and myself. The only thing I can say is the food was good at least, half of it wasn’t hot, but good at least…
First off let me start by saying are server Sophia was great. They were out of Catfish and a few other items so I went with the fried chicken which was okay, but not something I would order again. My wife loves chicken and dumplings and said they were great as usual.
