This would have been a 5 star except for the EXTREMELY rude behaviors of one of the staff. Everyone was working hard and there was a young staff member with black and red braids disrespecting the staff and customers to the point where the customers wanted to leave. Love coldstone and i usually have AMAZING experiences but this was unbelievable. Someone needs to fire her or put her in her place because i felt so bad for the poor employees working so hard.
Their ice cream is always delicious. The girls working behind the counter were so nice.
I hardly write reviews but this was so disappointing. One small & one medium ice cream came to $16. They were out of multiple things. Specifically asked for my ice cream with hot fudge on top so my ice cream didn’t melt. Girl mixed it in and handed me a soupy mess of ice cream. Couldn’t eat it and went straight in the garbage. Thanks.
Tried to go to Starbucks next door and they were closed so I went to Cold Stone since it was next door and was supposed to still be open for ten more minutes but the door was locked and the girl working was cleaning up and looked straight at me outside and ignored me. If you don’t close at 9, don’t put a piece of paper on the door saying you close at 9. If you do close at 9, don’t lock the doors and ignore potential customers at 8:50 or change your hours to earlier.

Food poisoning!!! Do not attend this location as i believe me and the person i was with had our food tainted by the employees who were disrespectful and rude. None of them seemed to know what they were doing and we were both sick for a day. Complete embarrassment on cold stones part.
My boyfriend and I both got food poisoning the day after eating it. On top of that, the staff was extremely rude. If I could give it zero stars I would.
Ordered a cake through the cold stone web to be delivered. Delivery never came @4:15 called cold stone. Was told there looking for drivers to deliver. Asked now what am I to do now and what are you going to do for me !!! Mind this was a birthday cake for my grandchildren’s mother!!! He said the manager Matt I can give you some free waffle cones, but you have to pick the cake up now if you need it now!!! Or cancel the order!! I canceled the order and my grandchildren were waiting all day for this cake and to sing happy birthday to there mom. This place is so unorganized and the Manager needs to be fired!!! I will call corporate! Plus my family had a two hour drive home and I would of picked the cake earlier no one answered the phone. His answer to that was we are very busy! Please go somewhere else for your cakes the manager is running this business horrible!!!
Stopped in for a birthday cake. Guy behind the counter looked at me like he wanted me to drop dead. At least say thank you to me if I'm spending $40 in your store
