I was very excited to stop in, as coffee is my life blood. Very nice place! Definitely will be returning. I ordered an iced latte with oat milk and brown sugar syrup, it was definitely to my liking! Very delicious coffee. The staff were courteous, 4/5 because I consider 5/5 as "blown away". This place is definitely good, but I believe there is potential on the customer service aspect. And I'd say this for nearly all businesses. As a community, the idea of going above and beyond for your customers is a lost art. In conclusion, no complaints! Only some recommendations as a fellow business operator.
Enjoyed the quaint atmosphere and Delicious Varieties of Lattes!
Very nice atmosphere, friendly staff and the iced coffees are good.
Great coffee, location, atmosphere, well maintained space, and wonderful staff. I get the sense that the employees enjoy their job and the experience is all the better for it in terms of a quality product and customer service. If you are in the area, I encourage you to checkout CoffeeBar Bel Air. If there is something to observe with respect to the success of this simple coffee shop on the Main Street of town, it is that the area has an appetite for supporting small business and enjoying community experience. Hopefully this is a good sign of things to come for Bel Air.As a side-note, dogs are NOT allowed in CoffeeBar. There is no clear signage that indicates the policy at the time of writing this review; but, in every instance that I have witnessed a patron begin to enter the shop with a dog, they have been instructed directly yet diplomatically by the staff to remain outside with their animal. I’ve seen this happen a number of times and thought it would be helpful to include.
Great addition to Bel Air. They serve Ceremony Coffee, which is excellent. Service is fast and friendly. High end interior. Very pleasant place to meet someone for coffee. Baked goods are always good, too.
Customer service sucked. Badly. I came in on Monday 1/7/22 around 1ish. No thank you no you’re welcome. Not even a hello it was like mean girl vibes…was hoping the drink was better. It wasn’t…probably the worst Chai Latte I’ve ever had. Super watered down. Added a star for the brownie. Two stars cause it was cute in there. Overpriced I think it was like $6 for my drink?! I always give a tip but I didn’t because the customer service was so bad.EDIT: I should have addressed my dog situation. I actually own a grocery store in Washington state as well as another business so 100% I understand STRICT health codes and did not write this review because they asked me to leave because I had my dog. I happily said I understand and I went on my way. Wrote this review because of the above reasons. How unprofessional to respond that way.JUST TO CLARIFY, what I found rude was not saying hello to me when I walked in and the mean girl attitude from the first girl. Roll back the tapes.
By far the best coffee shop in Harford County, and finally a great place in Bel Air to grab a delicious iced latte and hang out right on Main Street in downtown Bel Air!I'll be frequenting this spot for a long time to come!
I’ve never had a bad experience at this place. Everything is quick and delicious. AND their bathroom is stocked with pads and tampons! This is a big deal. Wish every place ran like this!
Been coming here quite a bit and very excited that they've brought a good local coffee shops in the neighborhood. So far the drinks have been great. The only couple of knocks I would have or I would give it five stars is that they do not have real coffee mugs for their in-house customers to enjoy their beverage if they choose. Also only can offer mostly dessert type things for breakfast.
Love this place! Great coffee, super friendly staff. I wish they had more seating, as it can get crowded pretty quickly, but otherwise it's a simple and modern atmosphere.
