How is this place still in business?? Hair in my bowl, wrong order, out of guacamole chips and corn and didn’t even bother to tell me because it’s online order only? They open whenever they want too the staff is so ignorant and rude I’ll always go to forest hill from now on
Chipotle in Bel Air has been poorly managed for a long time. Quality and amount of food is not consistent, they are often closed for walk in service, and online orders are often missing items that they are out of but you already paid for. We kept going back figuring that they would have to get better at some point, but we’ll just drive to the Forest Hill location from now on.
Slowest Chipotle I've ever been to. Waited over a half hour in line for my order and was supposed to be picking up my friend's mobile order. Bottom line their order never actually came out and there was about 10 other people waiting on mobile orders just sitting around. In a half hour not a single mobile order was filled. Seriously this place shouldn't even be in business.
This is the worst place I’ve ever been too Rude employees Disorganized We ordered online 520 Went to pick up 6 Waited to 620 They “lost” our ticket Waited another ten minutes for it to be made Sarcasm Unprofessional ignorant Will never return
no ice no guacamole no chips no staff no apologies. worst I've ever had
Local manager and corporate can't get on the same page about hours of operation. Beware multiple people have ordered online and been charged only to find the doors locked against them during official hours.
I’m not surprised about the low rating for the store. It seems like no matter who is working there or when, the staff is always ignorant. This sadly is a poor reflection on management. What’s the point of being a manager if you cannot manage your employees. Nothing but obnoxious people there. I went there this morning at 11 AM and the front door was locked even though the sign says that they open up at 10:45 AM. 4 people just looked at me while I was knocking and totally ignored me. I walked over to a different door and that one just happened to be open but still no one pointed to the door to tell me that the door was unlocked. I would never personally eat there. I can spend my money somewhere else. If it were not for the fact of picking up delivery orders, I would never go there nor promote it.
This is what they served me. Half the size of a regular burrito.Person who made it clearly didn't know what they were doing so they gave me half the portion so he/she could close it.Put at the bottom of the bag like a mutant burrito ball and called it a day.
Good food served promptly in a fast food setting. Hard to do in today’s world of broken supply chains and worker shortages. No negatives at this Chipotle Mexican Grill. The food was terrific. Only problem was mine. I like spicy food, but can’t enjoy it because too much spice irritates my gut. I forgot to ask which sauce is hotter, green or red. It’s mean and green. Tastes good, but was hot, hot hot. Should have gone red.
This location is a complete disaster. I ordered online for pickup and when I got there many online customers were waiting for their orders. No online orders were being worked on. Then the employees started fighting behind the counter. Not going here ever again. Seems like nobody in charge and nobody cares about customer service or proper food safety. Stay away from this location.
