Delicious food, great service
Today, I had dunch with the family. The service was horrible. Our server, had no name tag, had no manners, and was obscenely rude. Our server never gave his name but had a dark complexion, medium dreads, wore suspenders with a crossed out soon to be dad written into them. His greeting was, "I'm alive and walking." He had a dismissive attitude with many side remarks, that were not appreciated as we had small children at the table. We were provided a filthy booster with dried food and hardened condiments (some random combination of mustard, bbq sauce, and ketchup). Our food was left under the warmer for too long. How do you mess up chipolte crispers?! We were charged for stuff we didn't order, (namely a dip trio, appetizers, a house salad and chips and salsa, and provided subpar drinks) and this server couldn't even run his own food or drinks. The resteraunt wasn't busy, but he acted like he was in the weeds. The totality of the events led me to believe that the server was racially motivated to not serve us.After having eaten at this restaurant it was sad to see the decline in the service and quality of food at this establishment. DO NOT EAT HERE!
Probably won't be back. We were served two waters in a cup and took a minute to decide on food. My water tasted very dirty, something did not taste right like it wasn't cleaned out from old dish water. My fiance's water tasted just fine so I don't know if my cup was dirty but completely lost appetite and interest in this location. The server did offer up bottled water but we decided to not continue our dine in
They always have excellent food that is prepared fresh and at a great price. Draft beer specials are always a plus, and there bacon ranch burgers are a personal favorite... With southwest egg rolls. 5/5

I did curbside because I thought why not, it was a hard work day let me do something easy. Well after I checked myself in (that’s very important to know) I waited over 20 minutes past what the due time was for the food. (Also this was late at night and I was the ONLY car outside for curbside at that time) I finally had to call the place and tell them how long I had been waiting for my 1 appetizer and drink ?. And I was met with “oh yeah it’s right here” after over 20 freaking minutes of waiting they never even tried to take it out. It was just sitting there getting cold. When the woman came out I expressed how I was waiting so long and how I was worried my appetizer was cold by now. And all I was met with was “well it didn’t say you were checked in so we didn’t know” after I showed her proof I checked in over 20 minutes ago she just kept saying the same thing over and over again. And she didn’t care that my appetizer was freezing cold and how my alcoholic drink was melted. This was a horrible experience and will never go back there again.
Visited in November. There was an issue with the payment kiosk which resulted in my card being swiped 3 times and was assured that the other charges were canceled. They were not and I was charged $36 three times. Went in and spoke to Constance, she took my information and said she would issue a refund. Here we are in February and still no refund. I have called several times and a manager is never available and never calls back.
Love this Chili's. It was absolutely SWAMPED when we were there with our party of 11, and they still were super fast, efficient and friendly. Very impressive especially for being one of the busiest Chili's on the East Coast.
We went to the one in bel air md. The service sucked. She never brought our chips with white cheese. My cousins steak in her fajita was rare. The waitress gave our check to another table and gave us their check!! We won't ever go back to that one..we have never had an issue with the one in elkton md.
Although the staff was great. The food was very subpar. It took awhile for our food to come out and the brisket was super tough on the brisket burger.
