Always great service and nice staff. BUT I'm here to save you.. if you're ever thinking "oh its a quick order maybe I can just run in real quick" DONT DO IT. But still five stars nonetheless.. Can't help that they are popular.
This chick fil a location is not as polite and good at hospitality as the Forest Hill location. But they're still nice. You can expect to be ignored from time to time as is typical with grade schoolers so no surprise there but the food is very consistent and their drive thru is pretty fast. The parking is always a little crazy at chick fil a so be prepared.
medium fries were not filled at all, and asked for 5 sauces and only received one.
Sometimes the lettuce or the peppers in the salad are past their prime. Otherwise they taste good.A couple times in the drive thru they gave me regular nuggets instead of grilled nuggets.
Chick-fil-A is good. I enjoyed Chick-fil-A, but their prices are going up pretty high like everywhere else. They are taught and trained to treat everybody the same and I like that.
Very fast friendly service in the drive through. Reasonable prices meals. I highly recommend eating here.

There were many cars in the drive thru so I went inside because I was short on time. I was in and out within 3 minutes with my 2 Chick-fil-A meals and strawberry milkshake. Great job!
I ordered a simple meal and was told to wait in a parking spot where someone will bring out my order. After waiting for 20-25 minutes, nobody came out with my order. I finally had to get BACK in the drive through and demanded a refund. I left without my food and wasted 40 minutes of my time. Nobody apologized for their behavior or cared to handle my order. I am extremely disappointed with their service.
This location is the best in the area. The massive drive thru lines moves so quickly. I had my order handed to me before even hitting the menu. I was able to exit and enjoy my meal. The staff are so friendly.
