Placed an online order, was communicated that the order would be ready in about 20 mins(8:02 to be exact). Which is pretty normal for a not so busy time. Arrived about 5 minutes after the time that it was communicated the order would be completed. The order wasn’t even pulled from the printer. Was told 10mins more was only 2 customers in the place and I was one of them. Actual had the order ready at (8:38). This is the 3rd time in a row I have had an extended wait when the location is not busy, unfortunately this is the last time I will not be coming to this establishment that I have enjoyed frequenting for many years.
The wings are the only good part of this experience. No one said hi to us coming in or even at the counter. My boyfriend and I came in for lunch, I had never been here before. The young lady taking care of us wasn't personable or friendly. I still tipped generously 18%. I hope all staff gets a part of that tip. If I could add pictures of how this honey mustard looks I would. It was overfilled and lidded then left messy and started solidifying. It's disgusting to touch and when I opened it immediately had to wipe off my hands. The entire ramekin was messy on the outside of the ram. You can tell it was pre made and never wiped off. I wouldn't serve anyone gross rams like that. I didn't even want it after that.
This review is for my 2nd visit, first one was great and the wings we exceptional however, my second visit was horrible. I tried the loaded fries and they must've thrown old fries back in the deep frier or something because they were all dark oil sponges. I could've refill their frier with the amount of oil that was in them, the fries we obviously soggy because of it. I couldn't initially tell because they were covered in cheese etc. After my first bite I thought I was drinking oil. No big deal I understand mistakes happen but when I brought up the issue to the staff they needed to get ALL the employees to look at my food and told me they aren't sure what the issue is. So I had to literally grab the soggy fries and squeeze all the oil and ask them if that's how they serve their food, then they finally agreed it wasn't normal and proceeded to make me another batch.While I was waiting they started to make jokes out loud that apparently I'm complaining about the loaded fries being TOO LOADED and making jokes about the issue and because I was already dealing with their subpar food quality I couldn't tolerate the slander so I told them to stop making the fries and just issue me a refund. I never thought I'd go for food and end up being treated like this. I also take the time to always give good reviews for business but unfortunately I have to share my experience. I hope no one experiences an issue like mine because I cannot recommend this place for the lack of customer service.
We have been going to CR wings for years, have always had a pleasant experience and the wings are always hot and on point but last week we ordered from them and the wings were Horrible.. not done, not taste barelyand sauce .. we were so disappointed. I called to speak to someone just to share our experiences and we told that the owner was going to call and get my feed back.. but no response.. not sure if will going there again.
Great wings, ridiculous prices. I got 10 wings instead of 15 because I couldn’t justify spending $23 on a basket of wings. You can go to a nice sit down restaurant for these prices
It’s been a while since I was last at C.R. Wings. I love the food and the service is usually top notch. This time our experience was not good.The food was great as always. The staff, not so much. It’s important to point out that my significant other and I left 30 minutes before they closed, well before their closing time. The boy at the counter did not look pleased about us being there. We could hear them talking about how we were preventing them from closing. Again, I can not stress this enough, I had our order in my hand and we were leaving the restaurant at 8:30 pm, they close at 9pm. Next time, I will take my money down the road.
The wings are good, but come on man, this is the saddest onion ring order I’ve ever seen. Did the door dasher eat half the bag or is this normal?
Wings are disgusting! Not enough sauce and dry not very flavorful spend 140 dollars.So disappointed! we also ordered fried pickles and fries ,the fried pickles were soggy sealed in a paper bag by the time we opened the bag the breading wasnt even on the pickles anymore the fries serving was small and cold would not recommend this place at all.
Ordered for the first time today through DoorDash- everything was SO. GOOD. The food arrived hot, the wings I requested crispy were just that, and I received the extra sauces I asked for. The manager was very kind, also!! Great experience all around- thank you all!
Ordered wings today. Was told they would be ready for pick up at 1:15. Was there at 1:10 and didn’t leave with the order until 2PM....
