I’m 50 years old. Stopped yesterday 6-8-21 at about 4:40pm to get my kids food. We used the drive-thru. We interacted with three teenage employees. It was the most pleasant, polite, genuine service I have received in a long time. I worked in the food industry for years as a teenager/ 20 something. I feel that customer service the past three years has become a lost art in our society. But credit to the kids working yesterday. You deserve the shout out. Thank you.
In the last month I have gone three times to get a milkshake and the machine is down / broken. If you're looking for a milkshake don't go to this location.
Food fresh, order correct. Fast service. Nice people
Dude at the window seemed high & out of it. He tried to refuse to give me my order & then gave me the wrong change.
Slow service and cold food unfortunately.
A curious place don't know when they are open but great food good people
Fast and effective thank you!
Quick service, bathrooms clean. Tabletop could have been cleaner.
I feel bad for the night crew. They desperately need more employees. The wait is long but thats because they HAVE TO make everything cook-to-order. One of them even told me that corporate yells at them KNOWING their situation. Corporate don't care about the little people. They have the nerve to tell others how to do their job but never once put meat on the grill or even know how to make a Whopper. This goes for ALL corporations.
Not only was the food phenomenal compared to the BK where we live (In Elkton) the fries were astonishingly crisp and neatly salted, the customer service was exemplary. My only complaint was that they didn’t ask if I wanted cheese on my whopper the ingredients on it were crispy and fresh the way I love it. (mostly because I always forget to specify a whopper with cheese so really I blame me for that one) 10/10 food10/10 customer service.
