I went here about 6 o’clock on Saturday night and it seemed as if there was a problem over at the bar later on and my kids were getting upset because there was a man yelling over at the bar area. Our server seemed to have a very bad attitude and she was talking to the guy yelling, i’m assuming it’s someone she knows and there was a problem. It seemed very unprofessional that she was chatting, since our food wasn’t even brought out by our server not once. I had Jenna once before but she was not our server this time u unfortunately! The hostess were very nice and warming when we walked into the restaurant.. but the server made it a little unpleasant to be there and it seemed as if she was worrying about other things than her tables. Food was really good though, props to the back staff who got our food out hot and fast. I will most likely order take-out next visit!
I had dinner there with my family and service was amazing. We were quickly seated and served. The waitress there was so friendly and polite and she always came back just to check on us and make sure we were ok and to see if we needed anything.
The worst service in the bar area that I have ever experienced. They have a tiny man that is very aggressive, giving the impression of some sort of condition of “little man’s” complex. Takeout is a completely different story. These girls seem very efficient and hustle to satisfy their customers.
Definitely found a new place to watch sports. I had the mango habanero boneless and Nashville hot wings. Both were good. Strawberry lemonade was cool too. Not too sweet. 1,000 tvs everywhere and the service was decent.
waited to get served, when they finally took my order she forgot to put our order in the system so we waited almost 1 hour for our food to finally come out. had to keep asking for refills and then all they did was take of an appetizer? i was at the place for almost a total of 3 hours.... thats crazy and i will not be back...
Went on a Wednesday evening, food was typical for a BWW but the service was what made it five stars! I really wish I remembered the waitresse's name but she was very kind and just had the best personality and gave just the right amount of attentiveness to our table. She also made the night extra special for my young son who was celebrating his birthday with dinner there by bringing him cake and singing to him. Our waitress was so sweet that even my 12 year old daughter offered to give me some of her allowance money when we got home so I would leave her a bigger tip. Again, I wish I remembered her name but hopefully she is training all your future staff!
Wings sauces OK not great, wings have been a little over cooked for me (tough). Good , attentive service. Burgers & chicken sandwiches are good.
Food was excellent compared to other locations.
I visited with a bunch of buddies. We enjoy their beer and the pub food. I ordered the boneless chicken wings. They were juicy and well cooked. I noticed this time that their menu was much reduced, probably due to COVID. Also the staff seemed fewer, probably due to COVID.
