My wife and I decided to come here because I haven't been to a Bonefish Grill in a few years and had excellent experiences before at other branches. The waitress was nice. My dinner was good as well. Thats the good. The not so good was my wife's steak was well done when asked for medium. Her salad didn't come until her meal was almost done. This was after she asked for it a 2nd time when our meals came. The witness never checked in on us. When her salad finally arrived, we refused it and asked for our waitress. Instead, one of the manages came over to see how we were doing. We explained the issues we were having and our disappointment with all of these issues. The manager apologized and listened, the waitress came over after and apologized as well. When we asked for the check, the waitress came back to let us know the manager said the meal was on the house and we hope that we would give Bonefish another opportunity to make things right. We still left a decent tip and were pleased that they tried to make things right. For this they get the 4 stars as we will try Bonefish again for a chance of redemption. They acknowledged the issues and took accountability for it.Thank you Bonefish!

They served me raw food. Which happens I get it. They brought me out a new dish that was cooked properly. The manager apologized. It was a lobster tail that was raw and I did eat some of the veges and stuff on the plate before I realized it.The reason for the 1 star is that I was not offered anything for the mistake. I didn’t expect my $40 lobster meal for free, but maybe a coupon or my drink taken off. I sat without food for an additional 15-20 min while my husband ate alone and then I ate alone. Then the bill had an inflated gratuity because the second lobster was added and then “credited” back. Won’t got back.

Food is always delicious. I love that the wait staff are very friendly. We like to relax and enjoy a cocktail before ordering our main course and at Bonefish we are never rushed. The martini’s are yummy!

I almost never write reviews but my experience here warrants one. Crab cakes (had 3 total) were a joke, very small and falling apart because they were soaking wet for some reason. Mostly wet breadcrumbs instead of crab. Steak was edible but tasteless. Side dish was forgotten about and after asking for it, came out at the very end. Wife's fish tacos were lacking flavor and cilantro was clearly old, despite us being the first customers. For the price, and the fact that this place is supposed to be a seafood place, it was unsatisfactory. Server was friendly, so they get a star there.

Our second visit after the Pandemic, first visit sat outside, second visit indoors. The restaurant is very clean and inviting. Seated immediately with no wait at 5 p.m., our server Kyle approached our table within minutes. Very good manners, he immediately asked if we would like drinks. We ordered a cocktail and wine. Kyle returned with small loaf of warm bread and olive oil. Minutes later, our drinks arrived and he took our order. We asked for his recommendation about which fish would be a good selection. He immediately said the Mahi-Mahi with Shrimp. My son and I decided the 2 sides would be the garlic whipped potatoes and asparagus. I asked Kyle not to rush the dinner as we would like to enjoy our drinks and conversation. He abided my wishes and brought the dinners hot and perfectly cooked. It was delicious. I plan on returning again and having the same meal, highly recommended.

The Bonefish Grill is our go-to place for a special meal with family. We love it. This normally excellent restaurant is currently sub-standard. At 1 pm on a Sunday, our party of eight were the only ones present. We had not gotten the memo that standards are down. Seemed like others already knew to stay away until the grill is fixed or replaced. Our server was polite and willing to do anything. With the dining room empty why was service so slow? Slow service is the least of the problems. Their grill is broken. so they offered no steak, filet, etc. They can only bake in an oven so are unable to offer a steak cooked to a certain level such as medium, rare, etc. So we all ordered seafood. We were not quick in our thinking. If they cannot grill meat, they cannot grill fish. So our fish was baked. The chef is not used to baking I suppose, since most were cooked too much and dry. The other big issue was our friendly server. He must be new, for he made a half dozen major mistakes on the orders. He gladly corrected every one of them, eventually replacing the mistake with what had been ordered, but slowly. I even had to find the server to settle the bill. He said he saw me put the bill on the ledge, but did not come to take it, he said, because he did not know if the credit card was in it. It was, but he did not come to check. We just laughed it all off. But we were not ready to take chances on the desserts so left when we could. Slow service meant 1 hour and 45 minutes for a meal when no one else was in the building. Two parties of two came in after and hour or so. I recommend calling first and asking if the grill is fixed. The bang bang shrimp is a safe order not requiring a grill. The bread and dipping oil was delicious. Don't order a crab cake if you are expecting jumbo lump crab. What you will get is bits of crab meat with plenty of filler. It's fine in some other region, but not so close to the bay. Our only diner not disappointed by the choices or the quality was our little girl who loved the chicken fingers.

Went there with a group of about 16. Food was good with just one comment. I ordered the Florida Cobb Salad. It was “supposed” to have mango and blue cheese. To say I had to search for either is a gross understatement. I expected slices or, at least, small chunks of mango. What I got was mango so microscopically minced, it was almost impossible to find or taste it. The blue cheese was the same. Disappointing. My husband got steak and wood grilled shrimp. He really enjoyed his meal.Bang Bang Shrimp was also good.

Great service, great meal

Always great food. Serving could've been somewhat larger for the prices. Otherwise good service and nice atmosphere

First time back after five or so years. We started early at 4:30 to avoid the crowds and glad we did. There were six of us and we were able to get a tall table in the bar. The place was full by the time we left at 6:30. Drinks were good, service was excellent, prices were reasonable, and the food was tasty. My wife had a tuna sashimi style dish and I tried the tuna poke bowl having heard about them from family. Being big sushi and sashimi fans, we both enjoyed or choices. Definitely will return.
