I don't know, I really love Bertucci's pizza. Pretty great for a chain restaurant, imo. It's extremely expensive, but I love how bright and in your face the tomatoes taste.
Didn't have a experience. Waited to be seated, never happened, walked up to the counter and asked if we could take a seat, he said sure, we Waited at the table for 15 minutes, they acted like we weren't there so we left. No acknowledgement at all. Went to Texas roadhouse and had a great meal. Don't understand how some places stay in business.
Visited here on Mothers Day. Food was delicious and everything came out hot
Waited about 45 minutes for our food, waiter kept saying it was super busy because it was mother's day ... But there were only 10 tables with people and no big parties while we were there. And they weren't all at the same point in their meal either, so I'm not sure what slow would be? Maybe they can only handle 2 tables at a time in the kitchen???
Great experience. Server was awesome ?. My wife and i felt sorry for him as two nasty midlife crisis women were complaining about the cook screwing up their platter as the sauce should have been placed on the side. Long story short they made the duration of our stay MISERABLE and they are 100% of the reason the divorce rate is so high lol. I'm talking nasty, rude and inconsiderate women who are just miserable human beings. Poor server did nothing wrong but had to deal with these two miserable zombies for what seemed like hours.
With just 2 servers, the service was awesome, food was great and Romann, our waiter was super! Thank you for a great night out to dinner, we are glad we choose you for dinner.
Friendly staff, efficient timing, and all around good food. Its just the right amount of atmosphere, I can go in on a Sunday morning and hear some classic Dean Martin mixed with a splash of Frank Sinatra, and just feel at peace. All while eating a specialty pizza. What could be better ?
Since Covid has been a issue we have been supporting this location with carry out, every time it’s perfect. They continue to wow me every time, pleasant staff they just get it right.
Chad is the best manager ever! He’s so attentive to needs, always goes above and beyond, and always knows when to offer cake to help make the day a little brighter! Hands down best experience ever! Magical ✨???
So my family and I dined in, and I must agree with many others, the Dine-In is not the best experience. Our server, Angela, was great, the pizza we received when compared to carry-out, was below par. The pizza itself was not cooked thoroughly and the toppings were minimized but the price has increased since my last visit. So, this goes more to the "bang for your buck" is not working here. The price was significantly higher and the toppings disappointed. Again, our server was great, conversation and attention was on point. I feel there's an internal issue within process which may need a review. Save some cash and if you are planning a visit, carry out and pick Tuesday for your "2FORTUESDAY" promotion.
